Guys, I need your 2 cents here...
If you were asked to submit an updated form of Schedule 3, remember that there's #10 about Settlement funds. For example for we declared above minimum required funds for 2 during initial application. After that, we were able to withdraw about 1K cad and now that we have to submit a Schedule 3--- the settlement funds we declare will be less than of what we declared at first although it is still above the required minimum funds. Question is, Would you attach an Updated Bank Cert to show the change in funds and that it has not gone down the minimum required funds? or wait for the VO to ask for an Updated bank Cert?
This is my personal opinion, if I may understand your question, there is no need to show an updated bank Certificate because the initial bank statement will take care of your current situation, since it still cover the minimum amount. |
