I am sorry about your NER. What do you mean by additional evidence? Did you not send your Project Manager job duties and details earlier? You will not get your docs or moeny back for an NER. Only an incomplete/cap reached application will be returned back.  xerox copy of IELTS is sufficient. Attach the NER letter with the IELTS copy so as to say that they hold the original with them. This is acceptable.

Are you sure about the money-part?

EG7 states on page 53, that a refund will be made if the application does not quality unter the Ministerial Instructions (NOC).

Once the NOC is confirmed, but the application is not admissable due to insufficiant points, there is no refund.

Looks like LVO is waking up....I received PPR this evening at 5.43 pm GMT (someone was working long after 5pm  )

I will probably go in person on Thursday and submit the passport.

Hope LVO continue to work like this. They need to beet NDVO and MVO

I got "Marriage_Questionnaire.pdf" form along with MR/PPR

Following is what it says

- Attached application form "marriage questionnaire" to be completed by you and your
  spouse and returned to this office. yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner. This must
  be received at this office by:xx-xx-xxxx

Question is : Husband and wife both has to separately filled up this form or just the principal Applicant? What do you think?

Please let me know who as been through this situation before.

I am not sure for who they apply the passport request in two steps. Applicants living in certain countries or applicatans with certain nationalities. For me they asked to submit passport, 2 pics and an accompanied form.

Just saw couple posts saying that they have got Maple leaf. Thats awful news. Many a congrats to all those who have got this good news. And all the very best for your future in Canada. Good luck.

Now I want to share a news with you my friends.

Today I have got my ecas changed to Decision Made, and inside is " A decision has been made and our office will inform you......"

and then i checked my e-mail. And it has passport request Step-1. In which LVO has asked me to send photocopies of passports to LVO and then within 6 weeks after receiving copies i'll be asked to send Passports to Isalamabad Office for Visa. Hurray!... I was thinking that i'll receive this e-mail afetr 15th March. But it came today unexpectedly. I am so happy.

And I wish that good news come to all those who are waiting ...I feel every1 here deserve good news. All the best again to all.

The validity of any PR visa irrespective of VO is one year from the date of medicals done ( not sure done or received).

Validity of MR period is counting one year from the day, they are issued by IOM!
