Hi Friends,
I was a while far from this forum. I saw many of our friends have got their PER/MR/PPR which is really great and here I want to say congrats to all of them. Hope everything will go well and they will reach to their dreamsland.
Unfortunately I haven't heared anything from LVO. All the applicants before and after me have got their MR but there is no news for me.
Does anybody have idea when might I have my MR?
I appreciate for reply.

Hello Dear All
While waiting for my PPR (optimistic & hopeful ), I realized that my wife's passport pages have expired and since there is no provision for adding only pages, a fresh passport will be issued to her. Now certainly it will have a different number and they will staple the old passport with the new one.
Will this be a problem by any chance at the time of stamping ( as the old passport will still be attached there ) .
Please ... Will really appreciate all yours thoughts / comments / feedbacks

Well, I am not a LVO applicant but basis my experience and some comments I have seen on this forum, I believe LVO is a bit slower relatve to VO's like NDVO and MVO, but you stating that people before and after you have recieved their medical requests.If I were you, I will send a case specific enquiry to the VO and await their response. I am no sure what are general timelines on this but there is no harm in sending a CSE. All the best to you. |

All the best Alain in your street strolls and job hunt buddy. Wish you all the best. Have you considered CIIP. They have some great partners to help one find a job, settlement services, integration programs and voluntary work that will give you canadian experience in addition to what you do. This could be community service, helping neighborhoods etc. Just a small suggestion. GOD BLESS!! |

hi, after how much time 1 can expect medical once the ecas shows we started processing of ur application on xxxxxx date ,please reply is it a positive sign towards mr  We started processing for me appeared on Dec 19 with a date of Dec 12 2011 on Ecas . I recieved my MRs on the 18th Jan. The MR letter was dated 5th Jan. So approximately 30 - 45 days for me. Hope this helps |

I am also waiting to hear about MR from London. My time lines are similar to you so i think it's just LVO being slower than other visa offices. Very fustrating though.  |
