Thanks Lucky. I hope buffalo starts showing some respect for our applications. I will be glad if I get atleast by the year end. If there is no movement from Buffalo's end by July, I will apply once again in 2121 as I missed the cap last year.

if I may give an unsolicited advice, pls do not wait till end of July in sending another app for 2121...give it a deadline, If u do not hear from Buff till June (and i do hope u hear from them soon) Prolly try sending it by June 29 or 30th? that way u get quicker results and prolly pull out that one in Buff in case ur new app gives u faster result...i admire ur patience and surely by the end of the year u will have what ur heart desires and we'll definitely see each other in Canada, the whole lot of us here in our forum

1) It means that your  2-nd application fell into the cap first of all,
2) Second your application passed completeness check and is placed into eligibility review process now.
If everything is okay, you should be expecting a PER letter soon.!!!

Hello Shibu...we have found that it takes about 70 to 90 days to rcv PER. So you may expect yours anytime in March.

You are able to log into ECAS because of your earlier application. No sweat on that one buddy.

Actually I am 2004 applicant.Now my Ecas is showing both of app. status In Process and address is missing there.My NOC is 7216.Please comment.

Did anyone with an NER got their fee refund in MI3. I guess 'NO'. If there is a 'YES', please speak up.

In MI2, fee was refunded for applicants who got a NER but it was never refunded for an application which went into "In Process". mine was refunded, docs never returned, and did not go to IN PROCESS...

Hence, in MI3, CIO started using the "In Process" stage (on ecas status) during the eligibility review itself so they do not have to refund the fee even if an applicant receives an NER. concur

This is just my assumption and may not be true. What say?

anyways, we had our meds done already last monday hence i was abasent for quite a few days (just few and yet the pages are overwhelmingly many )

I also had to attend to getting some required docs by our cem and waiting for some docs to arrive...

There was not so much preparation done for our meds, we just wanted to have it done and over with since none of us have been hospitalized...

I am happy for our members who have got their visa, ppr, mr, aor and per.... I do hope and pray for those waiting, that they receive their prayers soon

Good advice stranger..... NKKD atlist will get the VISA soon bythis trick....
In INDIA you can enter / immigrate anyhow.... You can process your application..... If anyone ask about docs you can produce it without owning it.... Give it a try....hehehehheheh ....

Better advice for you NKKD, move to India for one year and you will be in Canada instantly

Thanks alot captain of ship. I know u will land our canada ship (maple for all members) safely and timely. Thanks for giving all of us this wonderful FORUM FAMILY. How quickly things have changed. One day we were worried about cap and today we r getting Visa. The time between these two steps was a fun on this forum.

Ur planted tree(forum)has given numerous branches(forum members) and these braches proves helpful to many like me.

does any one know any thing about the pilot ottawa visa office?
today i got e mail from them stating that my application has been sent to them
my visa office is cairo but file sent to pilot ottawa office
is this good or bad ?ottaw office is fast or slow one?
they indicated that the file was sent due to security problem in egypt
can any one advice ?

I think its a trend that NDVO sends passport with visa 2 months after we have sent them RPRF. so  by march end I think VISA must be pouring. Mang is the only exception from India.
 

I sent my medicals on 15th feb so by 15 april maximum. Finger crossed

What can we do to prepare our selves better?
. I am sure climate would be more pleasant there in the month of July.

I think it would be early this time,,,, generally peopleget their visa stamped within 15-45 days

3 men were drunk,they stopped a taxi.

The taxi driver figured that they were drunk,he just switched on the engine & switched it off & told them,we have arrived.

I think depends upon the date from which you are calculating.... If you calculate from the date of doc you send then yes it might be of 2 Months.... but if you calculate from Target Date (mentioned on your MR/PPR/RPRF) then you might be come to 15 days to 30 days..... and 7 days more to recv it in your hand.....
