Dear friends does any one know any thing about the pilot ottawa visa office? today i got e mail from them stating that my application has been sent to them my visa office is cairo but file sent to pilot ottawa office is this good or bad ?ottaw office is fast or slow one? they indicated that the file was sent due to security problem in egypt can any one advice ? regards
Hi dear toxicologist All Cairo VO transfered their applications to Case Processing Pilot office in Ottawa for further processing. This is normal... nothing to worry about. As of now ur b/ground checks r going on. -Sure is good Due to disruptions in Cairo and may experience unusual delays -It seem slow one bcz no one from Cairo VO received acknowledgement letter till now We waiting and inshallah we got good news soon Just asking are u received E.mail after Case Specific Enquiry from u or not and could u pls share that Email . Good luck

Take a long leave of one month from your work place. Go to India, get medicals done together with husband in India and send passport to New Delhi Visa Office. Atleast with Buffalo, I have heard that, you can email CHC and request them to submit your passport for stamping in person. Such requests have been allowed and applicants got passport stamped the same day. Alternately, you can get medicals done in Canada, husband does his medicals in India and you go to India for visa stamping. Call your local DMP in Canada and find out if they can do the medicals for you with the forms you have. As far as I know, you should be able to do the medicals anywhere irrespective of your country of residence or visa office. Indian passports cannot be couriered outside the country of residence at any cost. It is illegal and you may end up in a lot of trouble if caught at customs. The alternative for this is to send your passport along with a friend or family member who is travelling to India. Your passport must be accompanied by a authorization letter written, dated and signed by you. Good Luck!

Thanks NKKD... This is not good time for me to take a long leave. I will try to contact NDVO and ask for separate instructions for Medicals in Canada. Dear Friends,
Wonder how to guess the time line from PER to MR. I could see NDVO is at a fast pace, but does it differ on the basis of NOC as well ??
On the other hand, can someone shed some light on Visa Office activities once they receive the file following a PER.
Best regards
