Hello Fiends,
I am trying to complete the FEE PAYMENT FORM to update my application as requested by the LVO, but am encountering a problem I suppose.
Please, if you have updated your application and filled the FEE PAYMENT FORM how did you do it?
I realized that the PRINCIPAL APPLICANT details is always there, if I am including my spouse how do I fill the form.
Do I include the principal applicant $550 to the spouse $550 to be equal to $1100 in the Total Payment and request the LVO to credit $550 on Section B.
or
Do I just include the $550 for the spouse to the form and $550 in the Total payment and request the LVO to credit $550 in Section B
Please do share your experience.
I will sincerely appreciate it.

dear friends
i sent application 19 sept 2011 ,got PER 15 december 2011
till now no change in my e cas still in process but my addres disappear then appear then disappear from 15 december till now,,i got nothing from visa office in cairo
does it mean my file still in cic not sent till now to cairo?
is it a must for the visa office to send the second aor or they can send for medicals without sending second aor?
any one can explain?

It very clearly stated in the form........... Below Steps to follow.......... 1. Calculate the applicable fee by referring to the fee table below Principal Applicant is for u And after that there r three columns see in which column ur wife and kids fall in according to the criteria given in the adjacent box.......... U then add that in the amounts due column and write it in TOTAL PAYMENT BOX |

Visa officer have problem with following infectious disease : TB , Syphilis, urinary infection etc...so there is no need to hide anything.that will help you in canada also.they have no any problem with hypertension Diabetes. |

Apart from these they are more concern with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and other highly contagious sexually transmitted diseaeses like gonorrhoea too.   |

Dear forum members
As you know my app. was returned due to cap reached before. I am preparing for July 2012. Now my question is may i send again those documents notarized papers from previous app or i have to translate and notarized(which is not in English) and all other documents needs to be notarized again, except pcc, experience letter and bank certificate.
