I havent seen any body getting NER in this forum after fees encashment. So , be positive. |

hii evry body
i am new here in this forum.I have some confusion .i m requesting all to clear my this confusion actually my app file recieved by cic nova scotia on 27 june 2011 and i have recieved my PER on 30 august.My e -case have been showing 'IN PROCEESS" from that time then i recieved AOR on 22 september and now on 9th December my e-case staus changed to ''RBVO'' & my adress also disappeared but next day on 10th December my adress appeared but status is still "RBVO''.I m v much confused that how it could happen "RBVO"after ''IN PROCESS'' .Pls spread some light and clear my confusion(MY visa office is NEW DELHI) i shall b v much thankfull 2 who will reply.

In my openion u shouldnt trust e-case, they r just for refference. In my case i have recieved my medicals on 7 dec. But my e-case is showing RBVO since 18 nov. So just relax ,U will get yr MR very soon. |

Hi Ravi, I appriciate and read your posts. Can you please give your comments regarding my chances. I applied under 3112 and it landed on 19th October. The current no is 347 as on 8th Dec update. What are my chances ? Rgds Zee With 392 applications already received and CIO still processing application around mid-end of september..
We can conclude that CIO receives around 130 applications per month under this noc.
(July+August+September)/3
i.e. 392/3=130.67
At this rate cap will b reached under this noc by the time CIO reaches october last week - november first week applicants.....

Dear Westpoint and Ravi_07, Thank you for your comments and guidance, The untold part of my story is that I am lacking some documents (High school diploma, background check) that I can get within the next month or so, and I was just rushing to send an incomplete application.After reading your comments, I figured that my chances will be much higher if I waited for another 6 months, and that is most probably what I will do. Although, I will check the completed applications number tomorrow and make my final decision. Anyways, thank you for the support. Best Redif2003 dear redif2003, Your dilemma is about submitting ur docs under noc 2121 but is worried that cap might be filled? I checked total applicants since Dec 8 and its at 392 for noc 2121. There is the feeling of uncertainty on ur part whether u'l make it or not. Try to think it this way, the "WHAT IF"? What if u submitted it and made it? and, What if u did not submit it but you'll never find out if u really make it or not? There will always be that nagging question in your head. You lose nothing if u submit it, but just a few bucks for courier fee. You gain something if u submit it, like knowing the outcome? Remember, those who dared, succeed  No pain, no gain.... |
