Is it common for a PER to take this long after the bd encashment
My ecas says in process, we recieved your application on 6.9.11

I guess it is a little different with every VO. Buffalo is not issuing AORs anymore but I sent an address change & new employment request using the online VO specific case enquiry form for buffalo and got 1) an email acknowledgement of the request. I think this is an automated response. 2) Further to it, they also changed the address on the ecas which I was not expecting them to do. Now, I know that application is in the VO.

ECAS is not very upto date and you may not know when your file is being processed. In the past, address disappearance was followed by changes to your ecas status but not mandatory.
