Congrats mang  have they requested your police certificates or not yet? dnt worry your case will change in couple of days to inprocess...same happened with me... Thank u so much dear I have already provided them my P.C from all the 4 countries i have stayed so far( India, USA, Denmark &U.K) They have just requested me to send my 6 months of bank statements+/ or any other POF |

Here's to all my friends...who have become family now...like I always claim!!
With your good wishes and prayers I am here to share one of the best news of my life!!!!
I called CIC just now and I was given my UCI number and my File No. :-)
The wonderful lady at the CIC call centre said that they are sending me an acknowledgment by mail and if we should have any further queries or clarifications beyond this, we may get in touch with NDVO!!
Need I mention how I am feeling right now!!! Yes...at the top of the world!!!
Thanks again lovely people for tolerating my anxieties and nervousness and lifting me and cheering my up when I have been at my lowest.
Cannot thank you all enough. Infact I haven't even called my brothers and in laws with this news. I owe it to you all to know this FIRST!!

Please does anyone know how long does it take to get the file to your visa office?  I keep checking my ECAS an write down my file number it shows in process but when i write the UCI number it says "we received your application for permanent visa on the 31th of august"; eventhough dhl track says it ws received by mike on the 30th of august. I am worried and confused cause I already got PER on Nov. 30th. Also when you scroll down it shows the updated day which is september. This is part of the letter i got in the email: " Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 2011. Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing" This is PER right??? Hope anyone can relieve my nerves. Thank you very much in advance Yes Dear. +
6 months of my bank statements +/or any other POF (etc.)
I am realy so so happy today

My ecase is still RBVO. Why so, plz advice?

I want to know did they ask for fresh POF or were they not satisfied with the previous. I m curious for no one in this forum was asked for POF. Plz let us know bout it.
The IO , has just asked me to send my latest 6 months of bank statements or/and any other form of POFs. I am not afraid of that as i have shown almost 10 times of the required funds as Fixed deposits and i am still maintaining that. |

tHANK YOU AGAIN. wHEN I RECEIVED THE LETTER I THOUGHT IT WAS AND i WAS VERY EXCITED BUT AS I keep reading everyones situation I doubted it was PER. Now I am 100% sure. What really worries me is the timing to be sent to the visa office. From what I read every VO has a different method. For instance, I had to send everything at once. IELTS original, police certificate originals, POF, divorced papers, permission from the dad, you name it it is in the file, etc etc. The only thing i didnīt send was medicals as they said. So now I am anxious again.OMG!!! May be it is just a matter of time right?? DOES ANYONE KNOW IF caips IS GOOD TO USE?? |
