I have a joint account with my mother and 99% of that account belongs to me.
do you know is that make a problem for my case or the whole account should belong to me?
The credit of the account is about $16000 and I am a single applicant, so 10800$ would be enough.

please if you know the answer, reply as soon as possible.

Thanks

Does not matter what % of money in the account belongs to you!!
Joint accounts are allowed, only if the a/c holders are part of the application, as rightly said by char_bonel
