Thanks to everybody for their concern and advise. I have send them a detailed letter with cic website reference (adaptability page) through courier today. The way things are moving, I hope to get a reply soon but again you never know.

I am very excited and would like to share a very good news with all the forum friends. My case was refused on the basis of wrong calculation of points by the visa officer. I got refusal letter on 27-01-2012 and send my detailed reply on 30-01-2012. I received an e-mail today from cic london office stating that they have re-opended my case and it has been approved. Additional documents request alongwith medical papers will be disptached in the next few days.

 AS A RESULT YOU WILL SEND THREE FORMS TWO FROMS (IMM 5475 E) FOR U AND YOUR SPOUSE AND ONE FORM(IMM 5563 B) FOR YOUR RELATIVE

if any dependent other then spouse is over age 18 then additional form for each dependent execpt spouse required

on thursday TCS guy came to my previous address to deliver a letter.they sent him back and they told me yesterday about that.somehow i traced that delivery guy 2day and checked the letter with TCS but they sent it back to sender .he said that it was small size of letter with very light weight.(definitely not medicals).besides i have notified them my new address alongwith udated details of my family through fedex in december.

should i notify them about address again on website?

what could b in that letter?

ALHAMDOLILLAH, few days ago my e-case had changed RBVO to IN PROCESS with date " Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 9, 2012". without address disappear. am i now safe or in dander of DM? any how thank u everyone specialy starali.
