Assalaam O Alaikum StarAliHaider,

Have a question if you could advise, I and my family went through medical in march 2012 and waiting for PPR1 now.
I sent LVO an enquiry to confirm if they have received the required documents and bank draft for RPRF, but they did not reply me.
My question is, should I apply for caips or gcms etc to know the status, or should just wait.
If I should apply for any of these services , then which is best and how can I apply for it.
is it just for Principal applicant or for all family members ?

I am still confused stay in London OR in Canada.

One of my friends is in Canada and has not shown the exact date of landing/departure from Canada in his documents. He was worried since he had to appear before the immigration officer for the renewal of PR card. Now he called me the other day and asked me the worst case scenario if they get to know that I have not shown the right dates. I had no idea so I thought it would be good idea to post this question on this thread.

My PR card expires on August 27, 2012 and the first time I landed in Canada was August 7, 2007. If you count from that day, my PR card should expire on August 7, 2012 instead of August 27, 2012  Right now I have been out of Canada on some business trip and will have to stay there till August 13, 2012. .My question is whether I can enter into Canada between August 7, 2007 and August 27, 2012 (since my PR card is expiring on the same day)

you need to do this
complete IMM0008 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008ENU_2D.pdf
principal applicant only
IMM5406 from applicant and spouse

make a cover letter stating your child birth
DEMAND DRAFT CAD150 (processing fees) in favor of receiver general ofor canada
(dont make the pay order,  name of canadian payble bank should be written on the demand draft)
4 photos as per the specification
and yes copy of birth certificate and passport (if you dont have the passport ready yet, make it.  i informned birth of my child also when my status changes to IN Process, which is a year after my childs birth

Mine is also RIH he/she replied me after waiting for 4 days till a month. Also he/she mostly gives standrad replies.

today when i checked My status it has changed from DM to RBVO. i got Refusal letter on 8th June 2012 on JD mismatch.I sent my re-consideration letter to VO on 7th Jul 2012.  from june to july  my ID was not accessible.

My suggestion is to send VO another query stating whole scenario and ask them to confirm if they have reopened your case?

1. Do i need to send original IMM5475 form signed by courier service or can send scanned copy to them
2. How do you pay fee.What do you thing using credit card online is safe or not
