To

Veva

Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System (CAIPS), you can try this link for CAIPS,  it contains details about your case i.e Points , Medical , background checks and interview etc  and  other remarks given by VO .

Hello,

I am currently living in UK on Tier(1) Post study visa and I have completed my MBA and after that I got a job in my friend's restaurant as couldn't find any proper job in London, I have two years of experience as a cook in an Indian restaurant which is not very big but we have almost 100 customers daily. I just wanted to know that can I apply for Canadian Immigration as COOK. I have two short cookery courses certificates from a local institute.

Secondly, I was refused for Canadian Immigration 4 years ago (Computer Programmer) as I was in London on studetn visa and I showed a part time job to canadian immigration officer and she was not cleared that how can I do a part time job in London on student visa, where as I told her that we are allowed for 20 hours of work without any permission but she was not conveinced and refused my visa.

I wanted to know that can I apply for Canadian Immigration as COOK and will my last refusal will play any role.

thanks

Thanks mate, how reliable it is to get Caips services? is that an official domain of CIC and getting info from them safe enough?
I visited their web but still blank and dont know whether is safe enough sharing my details issued by VO with Caips? They charge 120$CAD only that is not a big deal but you know ''SAFTEY COMES FIRST'' and I have no info on severity of any risks associated !

As I have not used CAIPS. But in my opinion below link is the best in terms of low cost and you can get result within 45 days. They charge only 25 US$. This is safe ofcourse.

How do the results look like? and what mainly contained by the result sheet? what about their work flow? Do they actually reach our file saved with VO , if yes what about the Disclaimers and Confedentiality Assurance? Do you mean to say that CAIPS having read access reach CIC Database and extract the results of their clients , print off and deliver to the respective client? if yes then they should have license agreement but I didnt see any of such agreement hint on the link you mentioned previously? Please advise.

It is ofcourse legal. You can consult OP-6 page 46 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06-eng.pdf.
Check this link as well:- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563B.pdf
If you have any relative in canda he can get it for you in just 5$.

If you have read the links above carefully then you should understand everything.

Well be very frank you will not be get much advantage for this at this stage. Only you will get BF'D date [means when your document will open next time]. But VO may open your doc before or after this date so not much reliable. It is only reliable lets say May Allah Forbid if your status on e-cas changes to "Decision Made" before medical then that means rejection and before written decision reaches you can confirm about this while ordering for CAIPS. Normally decision made status happens when visa issued.
