Yes write to them immediately, both email + letter by courier
Thanks, will do so. i have another query. When i submitted the application in in March 2012, IELTS was not a mandatory requirement, so i opted for proof of English language proficiency, which i duly submitted. as of now, submission of IELTS results is mandatory. please advise what should i do now. should i do the IELTS or not as i don't know whether they have already awarded me language points or not. Thank you

Don't bother them too much with your queries let them (VO office people) do their jobs and don't bombard them with too many questions and wait you will get the answers by mail

hi Ali sir..
i want some mashwara
1- as u know my processing date is 13th march-12 and i recieved update form request on 21-may-12 and sent forms to chc on 28-may-12..... i want my originals for an interview....is it ok at this time to request them for returning of orignals ? will it impact processing/
2- Yesterday i asked in forum that is it ok if i transfer my funds in to US$ account from PKR account. I have asked for link account but now a days they are not opening link account for foreign currency.. so may i open separate account in US$ and send VO update for that or i have to waite for medicals?
best wishes
Requesting your originals at any stage of processing does not affect your case as I was requesting them for the last about 10 months, but they were not responding. Received originals along with the wait letter in April 2012. Request them with a reason and hope they will respond. GOOD LUCK

Hi all My application was rejected on the basis of miss calculation of my experience points , VO awarded me 19 instead of 21. I sent them appeal for reconsideration today I received the mail from CIC.
Dear Madam/Sir, This refers to recent correspondence received at our office requesting reconsideration of your Application for Permanent Residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker. I have reviewed the file and the case notes and I can confirm that there was an error made in the calculation of experience points. I am therefore prepared to reconsider your application. You will be advised of the next processing steps by post or by email to the mailing and email addresses provided in the application. Yours sincerely, Visa Officer (JGL) Canadian High Commission | Haut-commissariat du Canada 1 Grosvenor Square London W1K 4AB | Londres W1K 4AB Government of Canada | Gouvernement du Canada
I just want to know will CIC reopen my case or what will be the next step
