I am from Pak also. I want to apply for Canadian PR. Initially I had visited few consultants but soon found out that they are just document forwarders and you are actually doing the whole case yourself.

I have been browsing through this forum for a couple of days now and found it very informative and helpful. I would like to put my case in front of you for your kind evaluation and comments:

Education:
BS Computer Science – Four Years Regular Program
MBA – Two Years Regular Program
Question: MBA is related to my NOC (Insurance Adjusters and Claims Examiners) but BS is not. Would I still get points for 18 Years of Education?

IELTS:
8 ( L 8.5, R 8, W 7, S 8 )

Experience:
4 Years post qualification (MBA)

Age:
31

Spouse:
BA Regular (14 Years of Education)
MA Private (16 Years of Education)

What would be my points total?

I visited the forum after a couple of months and found that you have achieved more than one things such as UK Visa and about to get Canadian immigration. While surfing old posts I came to know that you have deleted many applicants from the list who have got rejected. I am still on the race and hope to get the immigration. So please add me in the list again if it is easily possible.

The current lines in the Estatus are showing as follow:

"We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 29, 2012...............

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 29, 2012.

I don't know what will be letter is all about. Let's see if I will get 6 months wait letter!

When did u apply, if before June 2010 then most probably yes, wait letter will come.

In my opinion u r one of the strong candidate and suggestion is, if u wanted to apply in new quota, prepare ur docs before july, atleast the generic ones, no one knows how much cap they will put this time .. Best of luck, God may help ya
