actually i do posses all these JD's.
This would be understandable to only an IT professional.
cz the EDP are the business applications.
and i had mentioned all types of business applications like.
Inventory, payroll, production.
and definitely i have to manage these application after some process.
like analysis, develop, deploy and after that regular changes.
i had also mention about the meetings with the head office and plant side management to manage IT related issues.
i have also mentioned the team management.
yes i don't hold the task of budge management.
cz this is done by our GM IT.
i have to follow that rules.
well this is all about.
any how i don't mind even if they had rejected me.
cz i had always prayed to my sweet Almighty Allah.
"if this would be best for me then you should chose me to be immigrant other i am happy with my current life."
so i have no worries about this.
but as a project manager. i have to complete it up-to end.
cz i have spent my numerous months on this project.
thats why i am planning to write them.

However , if , you dont mind ,if this letter is written by your HR department which it is then I believe, your letter was needed more presentation ,and I feel it is not upto the mark. they (HR) mix up many duties instead of clarity it caused confusion for VO . Rest every thing was good in your letter.

Still not.

Those who submitted medicals in feb to till today 2012, still only 3 list members got medicals received line.

On the other hand people who did medicals in March april have got this line and some PPR 1 as well.
CHC dont like month of February

Actually CIC should adopt the Australian system where the profile of each applicant is first sent to related technical organization to review first.....
While in CIC the non-technical officers, not familiar with technical terms, are reviewing our documents....... totally wrong... How can a non-technical guy review a technical profile??

You should prepare a letter, explain all the JDs with authenticated references (can use weblinks) matching with their NOC description and proof a logical linkage.... this they can not deny>>>>

Being well aware with Australian Migration system , I could claim it is one of the toughest system now a days which Canada is going to follow .
To get start you have to evaluate your degree from concerned bodies . If you are not up to their requirement you are out of the game .  Then Ielts requirement is going to be impossible. Virtually, at the end of this year Australian Immigration is going to be impossible. As, you have to find out employer sponsorship for your self which is ,if not possible but not easy task at all.

Only post june 2010 and  2011 applicants are getting medicals received line quickly now a days.

Although my post was directed to you ONLY, however, some un-invited &  self centered  creatures with blotted ego just decided to jump on it as well. I know very well that "barking dogs seldom bites", and again its JUST a sarcasim and dont take it literally. I will ,once again, call the " ignore function" and let the "Java Garbage collection" do the rest.  

Just to clarify my previous post, my sister in law used a lot " Please", " respected VO" kid of words. I dont agree to that. I was very straight forward and proved in my 2 page letter how the VO did not even bother to open my package ,with solid proofs and cold sarcastic tone, I made them realized that I am NOT ready to take their negligence lightly. I am smart enough to know how to deal with people and definitely know that they are not my servants.
So , I believe we are on the same page now. Let me know if you see any updates in you case.
InshAllah, the best will come our way.

PS: Its sad to see the male chauvinism not willing to digest my IELTS acore yet. I wish the score report didnot have my personal picture and other personal details , I would have posted the scanned copy here ,just to give a lolly pop in their mouth and have them keep quiet for sometime.

i really don't wana hear such things from my brothers/sisters.

But i will try to write them technically.

Always better to have a letter from Line Manager with exact JD supporting the HR document on letterhead as he is the best person to comment on your job responsibilities.
