Different people talk about different ways to appeal. Some think that email is the most efficient way, while some think the other way. Anyways, I think, I would still use all three, after all they have confused me for 2.5 years, so its my turn now.  What about Fedearl court appeal? Thats not cheap either and there is no chances for a win there as well. I wonder why you recommend that ? u r right but still federal court has more chances than reconsideration.. |

Dear star and others, wou;d anybody guide how to appeal ar ask for reconsideration and whats the hope
I am 100 % sure that the duties were accordance with the NOC on cic website but still , probably a decent way to clear backlog

For an optimistic view, we have a recent example of ifra, got ppr after less than one month of medicals and his first applicatioon was submitted in 2009, so not MI3 applicant |

Yes i know but its very rare.
90% chances for PPR1 within 2 to 6 months.
Its very rare that in 1 month. |

Do it now because my ecase went into in process on 24/4/2012 and on 17/4/2012 I sent the CSE and yesterday they replied that they have sent me a letter on 25/4/2012, also they say that if my address have changed they will resend me the letter. Today I went to the local post office and the TCS office and they said that they haven't got any mail on my address yet, also my ecase still shows in-process with a date

Dear Respectall seeing your in-process, we have the same in-process date, did you get anything in the mail? I sent CSE and they responded that they have sent me a letter on 25/4:2012 which I never received yet, I even checked the local post office and they said that they never got a letter for this address, what do you think that what this letter about? and my e-case still shows in-process
Dear kkhan870 Since 25th April, twice I visited Local post and called TCS but no outcomes. It'll be helpful for me to send email to VO if I'll get yours CSE outcome shared. I'll wait. |

Yep here is what the letter says "Although the NOC code corresponds to the occupation specified in the instructions , the main duties that you listed do not indicate that you performed all of the essential duties and the substantial number of the main duties , as set out in occupational description of the NOC " NO process date any idea how to appeal? |
