hi .. i need some information regarding Ypdate documents request that those who recieve update request; 1- either they recieved single para request with specific documents request? OR 2- they recieved who page like mine case request that " they need additional documents for processing otherwise they will assess my application on basis of information they have"..................... this line somehow showing that they still have to asses my application?  my processing date is 13th-march-2012. any comments |

jab tak mera bhai send karay ga... might be MR ka kota he khatam ho jay... or wo phir in ko aik 6-12 month ka phooltrooo bhaj dain...GOD FORBID... he take too much time... pata nahee full application kasay send ke ho gee..  ALLAH apna raham hum sab par karay Why you are getting too curious, plz send them the docs and don't think too much on those lines.. they have almost made their mind to issue you green signal.... so don't worry... This is just to push applicant to meet deadlines so the next step does not get linger on

My timelines are almost same as of WAY's but will update my profile soon as well (Yaar medical to anedo atleast ) Since it has been more than a month that your ecase status is updated with "started processing" line, why don't you shoot an query email to London VO? May be they sent something & u missed it. Please do keep us updated as there are very few 9212 applicants (I think just 4: me, you, WAY, & Veva) Thanks & regards, |

I received the refusal letter as well which was supposedly sent out on 19th April. After sending enough curse to CIC , I have decided to fight my case. NEVER SAY DIE.There are three ways you can do. Email, postal mail, and webform. InshAllah, I will doing all three along with my sister in law. I will keep you guys posted for any update. Till then ASTA LAVISTA BABY .....  |

Do it now because my ecase went into in process on 24/4/2012 and on 17/4/2012 I sent the CSE and yesterday they replied that they have sent me a letter on 25/4/2012, also they say that if my address have changed they will resend me the letter. Today I went to the local post office and the TCS office and they said that they haven't got any mail on my address yet, also my ecase still shows in-process with a date |
