Hello fellows I enquired about my status and they said they have sent me a letter on 25/42012 which I never reviewed also my ecase shows in process status since 24/42012 now it's been one month but I don't have the letter tomorrow I will go to the local post office and the TCS office which doesn't seem that they will have it otherwise they would have delivered it then what should I do in that scenario and also can anybody tell what is the trend nowadays of receiving such a reply, either God forbid a rejection or a 6-12 month letter?

I have seen this in other threads as well. Ecas says a letter has been sent after IN PROCESS.
those applicants never received any letter. my guess is that VO asked the dispatch section to send the letter but due to shortage of fund or anything, it never dispatched the letters.

I'd send a snail mail to CHC and ask for the letter to be sent to the email.
Emails never get lost. always check the bulk/junk mail folder.

for u it looks to me is 6-12 month letter. wait bcz some ppl have received it after 1.5 months...u can though enquire with ur post office or tcs...

I am a Pakistani national living abroad and applied in April 2010 (NOC 4131). First AOR received in May 2010 and sent full docs to LVO in August 2010. Received 6-12 months letter issued on 26/04/12 and received 28/04/12. Applied for CAIPS file check on 19/04/12 and today received the requested check via mail showing  BF'D TO : BZZ ON 26/04/2013. Need seniors comments and explanation about the following :

Finally I received the refusal letter saying that my duties do not match as College and Vocational instructor.

I am planning to file an appeal.

I need your advice about a good lawyer with reasonable legal fees and costs.

Can anybody help me? Please provide as much information as you can. The refusal letter is dated 18 May 2012 and I guess I have only 30 days to file an appeal. Right?

1- either they recieved single para request with specific documents request?

                          OR

2- they recieved who page like mine case request that " they need additional documents for processing otherwise they will assess my application on basis of information they have"..................... this line somehow showing that they still have to asses my application?

my processing date is 13th-march-2012.

Why you are getting too curious, plz send them the docs and don't think too much on those lines.. they have almost made their mind to issue you green signal.... so don't worry... This is just to push applicant to meet deadlines so the next step does not get linger on
