In my case they dint ask about POF on child birth updations...see my signature.. 1- I intimated them via email. and i have prepared all documents except Passport.
2- I need help about PoF. Fixed deposit and current account are in one same account. I am facing confusion how to provide PoF. Is it OK, if i send them a simple bank letter stating that i have required amount or what...How to provide PoF.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

First of all if they ask you only then provide POF proof. If they don't demand no need to present it voluntarily. Secondly, there is no problem if the fixed deposit and current a/c are in one same a/c. Just get last 3-6 months statement in which both of your current and fixed deposits are shown. Attach Bank letter with it. Banks normally have standard format for these kind of letters. The letter should contain your name ID/passport number and the amount in fixed and current a/c. Also bank should write that you can withdraw your amount anytime with 24 hour notice. Get Branch manager signature and bank stamp on the letter and stamp on statement. Hope it clears! |

I just checked the email again and i am surprised to see that they have not asked about POF while adding baby into application.I was assuming from last 3 months that they also require PoF . I was at mistake. Thanks for correcting me and guiding me in a good manner. I am really thankful to you and imran01. |

I need your advice urgently:
With my medicals request, CIC has asked to provide the following doc. for relationship proof with my real sister who is in Canada. Which of the following documents i can provide CIC to proof my relation ship requirement?. CIC specially asked for the birth certificate and marriage certificate evidence. But my real sister' birth certificate is missing & no copy is available. She is currently in Canada. Her
Nikah nama, marriage certificate copy is available. I also have a family domicile certificate from KHI, Pakistan, which is in English language, have all family members DOB. & names written on it. The BForm is in Urdu lang, its condition is very bad. The Id numbers are not clear and over written. Can i still make a copy of it and then translate it in to English and then submit it to CIC?
Question: In this situation and facts above mentioned, what should i do???

Domicile will not gonna work in this situation. They required original Birth Certificate. Best you can do is try to make a new Birth certificate of her. |

Domicile will not gonna work in this situation. They required original Birth Certificate. Best you can do is try to make a new Birth certificate by any means. Otherwise you may get in a trouble.
If you are living in Karachi it is very simple to make the birth certificate from union councel and affiliated with NADRA. i did for my wife. |

Birth cert. is necessary for proof of relationship. If in any case you can't provide BC then send original matric certificate of her with covering letter explaining the situation. |

Dear Senior Fellows,
Thanks for your early reply. I am currently living in Gujranwala, Pakistan. My real sister was also born in Gujranwala not in KARACHI. If new birth certificate of NADRA is arranged now, than is it against the pre-date condition set by CIC that all supporting documents must be issued earlier than the date when we have submitted the application?
Hopefully Allah's help will come to solve this problem also.
