  Please tell me that what should i write in "UCI" in IMM0008 form. Is it immigration file number that i received from visa office in 2nd AOR. Or is it different.

Eemmoo1 is the applicant in the list he got decision made status and after this got 6 to 12 month wait letter.

You can search on this forum there are some other examples.

Ali bro, emmoo case was a result of wrong updates on ecase... I thought as you do that he got it after DM and he made a come back.. but he explained it to me as below:

Let me explain you the whole situation. The DM is story is not new. This happened to me in 2010 when I submitted my complete documents within 120 days timeline and received official 2nd AOR in July 2010. After expiration of 120 days somewhere near September 2010, I believe, my e-case was changed to DM. Within a week of change in e-case I received a letter of refusal due to non-compliance with 120 days submission time. My consultant shoot an email attaching copy of 2nd AOR to London. Thereafter he received an email accepting their oversight. But since then till Oct 2011, there was no change in my e-case it remained DM in spite of my frequent inquiries over status update. In Oct 2011 they removed DM and replaced this with IP (one line). "We started processing your case on July 2010". Which was again wrong because this was the date of my 2nd AOR and not actual processing thereon. Now even I have received 6 to 12 month wait letter there is no change in my e-case. Long story and enough for today.

1- for proof of funds can my brother  show the value  of his home, if he can show what he has to do for this.
2- is birth certificate necessary if his date of birth is mentioned on his id card, passport and metric certificate.

I can only answer your 2nd question and yes this will be acceptable. I have not sent my birth certificate and just sent them my high school certificate as proof of DOB and they have not objected on it so far.

plz remember only education name like graduation, masters do not complete the condition but along with the condition of numbers of years of education.
please see the examples from cic site.
Example 1: If you have a Master's degree but have completed only 16 years of full‑time study, award yourself 22 points.

Example 2: If you have a four‑year Bachelor's degree and have completed 14 or more years of study, award yourself 20 points.

I dont know PR kay baad bi kya hota hey..... Maloom hoa on citizenship time, they ask kay did you get job in you NOC or not? if not No Citizenship... chalo dobara mehnat karo or atleast one year apni NOC ki job karo
