The in process you are mentioning is different then the one I am talking about, there are a lot of applicants who got into in process right away after getting there full documents by the VO and this might have been a system glitch which happened after the announcement of M2 specially when they changed the system even on your list you can see that and after a year or so they have the real in process with dates

Dear this is not different, he submitted his documents in 2010 and got IN Process date in AUG 2011 and got decison made in Jan 2012 and refusal.

Dear Starali I am getting worried too about this trend and every day when I don't see any mail I loose half pint of blood I have an in process date of 24 April 2012 and still waiting for any letter, also looking at your numbers you got the medicals on the same date as of the in process date, is this the date mentioned on the medicals or you it's the date you received your medicals

Bro please reply my query too to kill my confusion.. 6-12 months letter also have SELDEC 4, does this mean pending or waived.. Isn't zero is pending... If we are not having SELDEC decided as yet then how we are 70 percent safe ... Don't know too many question running throug my mind

I received medicals on 18th Feb.

IN process date 10th Feb.

On the medicals letter 6th Feb mentioned.


If you didnt get any thing in 2 weeks then send an email in the first week of june 2012.

Dear SELDEC 4    Means pending or waived  (Both can happen and it depends on visa officer)

SELDEC 1  means passed.

Eemmoo1 is the applicant in the list he got decision made status and after this got 6 to 12 month wait letter.
