I am unable to understand the processing sequence of CHC LDN. If they have done PSDEC and SELDEC earlier and put processing date on E-CAS then how they can get back to previous stage to do PSDEC or SELDEC. Those who got processing dates in Feb & March are getting updates these days. Am I the only one whose case was reviewed twice. those who got refused, their E-CAS got Processing date and DM line at the same time. But in my case its different. Is there any chance or survival.  One more thing, does CSIs have impact on processing of case. I sent 3 inquiries after processing date one on 5th march, 2nd on 12th April, 3rd on 23rd April and got the same reply" You file is in process, No further action is required form you." but did not get the reply of last inquiry.

I have never heard of any case being rejected due to frequent inquiries by the applicant on this forum. But now you must send them CSE to check status as this might a system error. And they will clarify the matter in email.

Dear Usman

I would suggest that you write letter to "Immigration Program Manager" asking to check let you know your current status of application and the letter through courier ASAP also include the history of your case in the letter

The people who got the 6 month letter, did their ecase changed to DM or not, I am asking this because after loocking at Usman799's scenario it is confirmed that after getting into in-process with date is not a surety that one's case is approved for MR or additional documents unless DM means a 6 month letter in his case, what do you think guys if I am wrong, his case is really making people scary with in-process status

Status is in process not DM for 6-12 months letter

IN PROCESS with Date and after this decision made means Almost 90% rejection.(If he didnt get medicals).

But now a days it can happen that he can get 6 to 12 month wait letter OR Rejection.

Dear Usman
Near to me, an application is processed after the arising of processing date. Before floating MR, visa office must get background checked like security, education, fund, employer clearance regarding JD and time period etc.
Do explore that anyone got verification regarding you, at-least from your concerned employer. Your decision made may be a system glitch or a resultant of gaps in back ground checking. Try to explore best from your concerned organizations and then inquire from Visa office.
Wishes for you and we must pray for all of us as we are are in same boat and have faith on "No one can deprive ones from what ones has destined".

Dear All 6 to 12 months club members,

If anyone of you get CAIPS, please do share about whether a selection decision was made when the letter was issued. This is very important in order to save ourselves from "shar" of  Kaloo mama.

Mr. Noman Aslam, NOC 1111 CHC London having processing of 14 Feb 2012 also got DM Status. We both have same NOC and Similar Processing dates may be our VO is also the same. that's why we both got the DM status.
