Hi all,

Finally, I got a letter on this 28th. Which stated that my application is Refused.

I had 69 total points, the more surprising thing is that they cut out 2 points from my education and 2 points from my experience, that was just a lame excuse. I have a HEC recognized 4 year graduation degree, which completes my 16 years of education. There's no point of deduction in Education.

More strange, they cut out 2 points from my experience. Strange because, i had a continuous 6 years of proven experience. They did not mention any details, they just said that my experience will not bring any good to Canadian Economy so the VO is not satisfied. wtf.

A friend of mine also, got rejected on such a lame excuse. He sent an appeal but they straight forward rejected the appeal as well.

Well, at least one thing is that I got some relief of mind

Dear I suggest if you are planning to appeal, go for the two points miscalculated for education by attaching all the proofs ... the other two are more about analytical judgment of VO, which is very hard to be changed by simple appeal.... for points, you can refer countryboy's case who appealed against point miscalculation....

what was the bring forward date on your friends CAIPS.

Welll he is one of the forum member, I asked that too, but he never replied on that.....

I have also recieved my CAPS notes yesterday, my PSDEC is 1 (passed) and SELDEC is 4 (means interview waived) with the date 13-03-2012 and following is the scored point (75)

is you status still "in process" with processing date? or you got something changed in your ecase after 6-12 months hold letter?

Yes she got In process with date, now everybody who got this letter is having in processing line with date on ecas...... those who got letter will have this on ecas soon... I got my letter on 28 mar but line was updated after 20th April .....

I don't exactly remember but it was nominal. You should negotiate & compare with wall street before buying. Actually before Dollar East had increased the draft fee up to 2500 RS but now due to competition they've come down. The best thing about them is that they have large network all over Pakistan and their DD is never return due to short of payment or any other reason.

Right now , I am just waiting for the letter and GCMS notes and then I will decide my next course of action.
I appreciate your PM, but it would be nice if you just post the information here on the forum so that others can benefit from it as well. There are so many silent visitors of the forum who donot post questions and we have to think about them as well.

Imran Khan is my role model for a decade. After listoning to his speeches, all the others (Corrupt Zardari, dumb Nawaz, Terrorist Altaf, Sold Molana Diesel, traitor ANP) are all useless . I have a strong feeling deep down in my heart that if Imran comes into power and he stays for atleast 5 years, our Pakistan will be on the right track, and people like us dont have to work for Canada  .
