After the royal speech from Her Majesty followed by a below average performance from a few clowns ,lets get back to our main topic.  Roll Eyes

Cheetah, thanks for your PM. I will wait for my GCMS notes as well as the letter from CIC to streamline my next course of action. Most probably I will fight my case and I will need some guidance and\or some examples who has already been through it.

Thanks guys. Remember we are here to help each other to achieve a common goal and a sincere help will not go wasted in the eyes of Allah.

On a second thought, I pray that Imran Khan takes over the control of our Pakistan and we dont even have to go out of Pakistan. That would be 100 times better than getting a Canadian Immigration. (Amen)  Smiley

Salaam to HER MAJESTY... Smiley
as i see your replies on the forum, i think that not only you r a gifted and extraordinary woman, but you also know that you are an extraordinary woman... vernaa i dont think kay i hav seen anyone to hav the confidence here to call herself "her majesty.. hehehehehe Wink
but i hope that u dont consider me one of the clowns that gave a below average performance.. as u can see i have always written in your support.. Smiley
plz do let me know what u receive in your caips and also if u receive any official letter from cic.. coz only after that one can see why they rejected your case, and if they rejected your case in the first place.. inshalah sab achaa ho gaa..
i can send u details of the apeal process as a pm, so that wil give u direction on how to proceed further..

i hav also sent u a coiuple pm's already, i hope u will find me good enufff to repy to my pm...
aagain good luck to u...
regards, shorty..

P.S. are u a strong supporter of Imran Khan? u really thing that things will improve in Pakistan if her comes to power..

Sir koi tension wali baat nahi inshallah... now its almost developed, those who submitted full docs after MI 2 Instructions, they are getting 6-12 months letter, one of us got CAIPS after this hold on letter and as per him... he has passed PSDEC and SELDEC with interview waivor..... Allah ham sub ki madad karay...amin

hi ...

This also means that for those applicants (with specific NOCs) that they want to put on HOLD they are sending 6 - 12 months letter

AND for applicants they want to process in near future they have not sent anything yet but are waiting for some instructions/MR quota type thing.

best wishes

yes Khan,
Most probably your points have been calculated. people who got rejection for insufficient points didn't get the status "your application is review and we started processing....." . instead they got the line "your application was reviewed and we sent you a letter..."
Congrates Smiley

Hi all,

Finally, I got a letter on this 28th. Which stated that my application is Refused.

I had 69 total points, the more surprising thing is that they cut out 2 points from my education and 2 points from my experience, that was just a lame excuse. I have a HEC recognized 4 year graduation degree, which completes my 16 years of education. There's no point of deduction in Education.

More strange, they cut out 2 points from my experience. Strange because, i had a continuous 6 years of proven experience. They did not mention any details, they just said that my experience will not bring any good to Canadian Economy so the VO is not satisfied. wtf. Undecided

A friend of mine also, got rejected on such a lame excuse. He sent an appeal but they straight forward rejected the appeal as well.

Well, at least one thing is that I got some relief of mind Smiley

Thanks for all of your support. May Allah bring good for all of you applicant there.

Waqas
