Dear All,

I have send case specific inquiry to Islamabad office a week before. See below what i received from as reply, it's too frustrating after 5 month my Ecas still shown Pending Review Islamabad office may contact you. However, i have received 2nd AOR in April-2010 and still i don't know whether my application has transfer or not.

Is this called FAST TRACK?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh

Thank you for your enquiry.

As of April 1, 2010, applications for permanent residence under the Economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our office in London, UK.  The economic categories are comprised of Federal skilled Workers, Federal Investors, Self-Employed, Entrepreneurs, Provincial Nominees and Quebec-selected Permanent Workers and Business People.  Although Islamabad will continue processing a few applications that are close to completion, the majority are being transferred to London.  The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the Economic categories is currently underway.

We, the Islamabad Office, are not updating your file or adding any information to your file in response to your email.

However, the information below may be useful to you:

If you have received instructions from our office in Islamabad to submit documents, please submit the documents to our mission in Islamabad as instructed.

If you have received instructions from CIO Sydney to submit your application package, please submit these documents to our mission in London.  If you have already submitted your application package to Islamabad, then Islamabad will automatically forward this on to London.

If you are enquiring if your application has been transferred and will be processed in London, please be advised that the London Office will contact you when they are in a position to begin processing your application.  We regret that neither our office nor London office is able to provide status updates at this time.  You may wish to resend your enquiry after November 2010 to the London Office.

At this point, it is too early to tell what the new processing times will be for these cases in London.

We thank you for your patience during this transition period and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

i can make a HTML file for you guys which will be easier to amend every time but just concern are you used to HTML ?  or have some HTML editor forntpage or some other tools ?

Actually I got little confuse about the difference between ReceivedVo status and 2nd AOR.. I got the letter from London Visa Office on August 26. If this is called 2nd AOR then please update my status

Yes this is second AOR. Rec. by visa office is the ecas status which reflects that your file has been picked up from a que and if the job duties against noc is ok and matches with your job designation and if all documents are in order then VO will issue the 2nd AOR. If VO requires additional docs, s/he will inform you. Keep on checking your ecas on web when it turns to "In Process" from "Received by VO", then background check/verification of your documents will start. At this stage VO may again ask for additional docs.

i m bit confused i didn't got the 2nd AOR yet i asked the post man but he denied , will i can see my new status on ecas by my old file number or i need to have the new file number to see the updated information on the file number ? my old file number shows Receive by visa office since 24th of august almost every one got 2nd AOR i didn't? what may be the reason ? if they need more documents how they contact ?

No problem it is not a big issue if your status is received by visa office its ok.

hey dont worry sometimes it take a bit longer due to post .. you will get it sooon dont worry  if you dont recived it next two weeks send them email to let them know you hvnt recived it yet
