My status changed to DM yesterday. My NOC is 0213, my brother is in Canada as a citizen (I have adaptability points) and I am still working as an IT MANAGER for 7 years, with another 4 years of work history as a programmer and Analyst. My Hubby has a PHD and is a professor in NUML. MY IELTS was over 9 in every section. Not sure whats going on and why would they reject. I understand that its a refusal and its a wrong. Please guide me the process to appeal. I have not received the letter yet, but my brother already ordered GCMS\CAIPS about 10 days ago. Kindly share the process to appeal.
here is the detail in my decison made status.
We received your application for permanent residence on May 20, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 12, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 19, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

And if you are thinking that you are through the process because you got that line "we started processing", dont be mistaken. There is an ultimate power above the sky that can change anything, and you never know, maybe you are crying on the forum in another week, inshAllah. Curse be on people who laugh at the people in pain. @ fish burger: First of all, my sincere apologies!!!u re right. I was out of line n rude...I truly apologize for that....my bad....secondly, I'm sorry for your DM status, I hope its an error like some people say and u get a positive reply....thirdly, I am mentally prepared for rejection since all of my friends who applied in the same year already got refused, so if its not in my kismat, watever Allah plans, I ll accept since he knows best.... But mainly I wanted to apologize to you for that comment earlier- I'm truly sorry for the rudeness and shall hope u will accept my apology brother. Regards.

Thats fine jimmy page. If our creator is so kind that he forgives our huge blunders, then I am no one to keep anything in the heart. I hope that all of us get whatever is best for us. Amen Now can someone tell me the way to appeal ? @ fish burger: First of all, my sincere apologies!!!u re right. Sorry to read about the status but the best thing is your hopes are attached to Allah, who has power over everything.... Secondly before planning to appeal, it is important to know the reason of refusal... Please wait for the letter or CAIPS.... Hope its miscalculation of your points as its easy to appeal against this mistake what I assume.... May God bless us all..... Ameen

@ Fishburger, first of all i would like to tell you not loose hope as many people who get DM status still do receive MR.. secondly, it really does not make any sence that a person as much talented as you are can get a rejection... u certainly have adaptability points then both you and your husband are educated people.. and its totally amazing to see that u scored 9 band on IELTS!!!! i mean how can u do that!! or how can anyone do that!! Mashallah your profile is very impressive, and agar aap ko reject kiyaa jai gaa, tu maray jaisay kaa kyaa ho gaa.. ( but not to worry, inshalah things will work out for the best for all of us, and i hope and pray that this dm is a system glitch.. so have u been working as a IT manager somewhere? how was your experience letter? did u match your JD to what is requirted on the cic website? again good luck to u and dont loose hope.. take care..

Ya rightly said.. at times when we know that we are the best and deserves something... that automatically makes us overlook some minor things... and unfortunately those minor things happened to be very important these days... CHC is doing abnormal things... I was surprised to see a letter on some forum.. where VO has written a detailed letter back, point by point, saying that the factors mentioned in applications does not prove that how applicant will be able to survive in canada... e.g. Her relation was in some other city and she intended to settle somewhere else as per application... so VO raised concern how they can support you in setteling there etc......
