today i checked my status which is DM from RBVO but inside the line is pending review no processing date. what is this? my 2nd AOR is 9th june 2011.

in my case processing date was not mentioned. is it possible to make the decision without processing date or it is system error. bcz on cic website it is mentioned that myCIC has technical issue these days.
moreover if it is rejection then in how many days i will get a letter.

I wish its technical issue. Just wait atleast 2 to 3 weeks.

With regards to the below quoted message. I would like to request for your kind and valuable suggestions.

My IELTS will be expiring in August 2012 as it has been 2 years since i forwarded my complete documents. I have little hope that my appeal will be considered.

However my NOC still exists in the Occupation List (0631) hence would it be wise to try and apply again under the new system before my IELTS expire? They are shooting out rejection letters and most deserving members have been a victim of this dilemma.

I have received the same Rejection Letter today which they have been sending out to everyone, in brief case rejected due to insufficient job duties!!!! which is a big bull.. supporting proof and evidence was provided and my performed duties and responsibilities were much more than what is mentioned in their lead statement description..

My Status Still shows In Process with no processing date, yet received the rejection letter via post today and I have HIGH doubts that they are not even reviewing the cases properly and are sending the rejection letters blindlyy..

Sending then an email immediately for a re-consideration! not sure if it might be any useful..

dear cap has already reached for your noc 0631. you will have to reapply again in july 2012.

When checking the respective Job Duties and Responsibilities listed on their page as per their requirements!
almost 80% of them match my current JD, although the performed duties listed in my reference letter were far more detailed when compared to the points listed on their website.

i am sad to see that they have sent you a rejection letter.. u certainly seam very fit and set for Canadian immigration... its hard to understand what their immigration officers are thinking or what is their agenda, coz at times even people who we all think should definitely get the immigration are ghetting rejection now days.. i heard speculations that security checks and all are more difficult for men and at times they do prefer women who have applied from our part of the world, as it gives them a better immigration mix.. but then i see a case like yours, and it makes me speachless...
can i ask how much u scored in IELTS? and if u r a MI1 or MI2 applicant? coz i see that u submitted your docs in Sept 2010, but i m not sure if u r MI1 or not...??
well, i think u should definitely appeal your case, as a person like u should receive 67 points atleast...
hae you received the physical letter in your hand yet?  also, did u apply yourself or through a consultant?

Asif my time line is almost similar to yours, have u received a new file number in your 2nd AOR, and is it opening up in status checking. I received a new file number in 2nd AOR on 10 Th June which is still not opening up and only old file number is opening up till now.

Oh so sad Asif,may by its a system error,my timelines are same as yours but i did not get any news till now,i sent my full documents on 18 dec 2010 and received 2nd AOR on 12 May 2011

i am very upset 
his timeline is almost as mine
we both submitted our initial application in may 2010 and got our Aors on 21st October 10
now his status is depressing me alot.
we cant predict anything unless he gets any written letter or otherwise.

now every day getting bad news. .
