Yes all belong to 0213 NOC and one more important fact is those who received acceptance/ waiting letter their full documents reached after June-2010. May be that could be the reason of that kind of letter. Senior please advise. |

My NOC is 0213 and my processing date is Feb 22, 2012 till today i haven't received any letter or email from LVO. |

Few Examples of "Decision Made/Refused" before Medical. But still they are in Canada! (Bottomline! Don't lose hope....continue your efforts till success Today I have seem my status changed on cic website, so far I have submitted my updated documents on 03/12/2008 and now in 19/01/2009, the status dispalyed 'decision made' amd medical not done , should I treat my case rejected or any chance for acceptance. Need view from all.

I need you advise on the following;
I will be in Toronto on 19-Nov-2010 with my wife and one son;
1. Medical and PR Card
I will be travleing with wife in pragagny week of 34, I have taken temprary travel insurance for 3 month here from a company in saudi Arabia but maternity is not covered, so what do you advise, which would be the cost and how to find the doctor? What is process to get PR card? Can I leave without PR card to saudi?
2. Proof of fund
I have already taken about 18,000 Canadian dollar cash with me, is this ok?
3. Return to Saudi
Since I need to retrun to saudi with in 30 days time, how quikcly, I will be able to get the brith registration and brith ceritificate and passport of new new born, so that I should be able to get back home quikcly. I have one of close relative there, who enusred fully help in all respect as well.

2nd Example Guys...do i take this as definite yes !!! can u confirm again that decision made before medicals = rejection !!!! i cant understand how come my colleagues who it happen to apply same day,almost same qualifications they still in process ....

Let me get this straight,i do have USA visa and was planning to go to Detriot via car ,would i be able to come back to Canada without my PR and with only the landing visa!!!

Hi guys, As I told before that my status got changed to "Decision Made". And that says, they will contact me about the decision. The decision was made on 14 March 2012. But even after 20 days passed, I still did not get any letter or call from them. Can you please tell me, how many days they take to notify you about the decision.  I am just curious about the decision, Rejection/Medical, jo bhi ho bas jaldi say pata chal jaay, this wait is killing me  |

An additional note----- VO sent back to me following original docs: Birtrh certificates (parents & kids), Nikah Nama, experience certificates, wedding photos They did NOT send original transcripts Is same the case with others applicants who got original docs with medical request or acceptance letter? |
