Join List of Pakistani Residents After 1 April 2010 CHC London

i am june 2009 applicant and this month i have recievd refusal letter from CHC london, but they have totally made wrong assessment and saying that i have no arranged employment therefore they are refusing my case.
I have applied under skilled worker category 1, which dosen't require any arranged employment.

I think i should appeal againt this decision, forum members please advise.

Please let me know the way how to appeal.

sad news.... but as per ur statement its changed from RBVO to DM.

but in your ecase detail processing date is also mentioned....isnt your ecase turned to " In Process"

Thanks for your reply.It might have changed from RBVO to IP during my absence. But when I checked a month ago, it was RBVO. Later on 26th Mar, it was DM. So, I am not sure about the IP.

Anyways, I am just crossing my fingers and expecting something good. InshaAllah.

By the way, in how many days I might get the Letter from them?

Chc Ldn has not replied to my inquiry which was sent on 14 march 2012

Please guide me.
last week my brother shifted almost 10,00,000/- (ten lac rupees) in my account for purchase of Suzuki cultus. As due to shortage of CNG Cultus in market . this vehicle was availble in Faisalabad city only not in Lahore. payment was made from account of almost same transfered amount in last week.

So if Allah karay InshaAllah ... I recieve Updated POF from VO.. then should i give explanation for that transaction also or not?

i had sent my inquiry to london office using the web link from cic web page.

and i had received this auto generated email by server.
So if i m on ur place i ll never send the inquiry till 28 days.

you must show the current balance in ur account not the transactions of money.
ur account balance must be as per required money at the time of getting the statement.
