Have a question can you help 

Applied under Skilled Immigration in 2010 (POST JUNE)- file at VO London, no word, no MR request yet.
If I were to leave my current employment  will it impact case - and do I need to inform VO and when?

It will not have any impact on your case. But you need to inform Visa Office about change in address if there is any.

I checked my status today and it was changed from RBVO to "Decision Made".

dear Ali, please change my status to DM and my ASCO code is 0213.

Can you people tell me, what does this status "Decision Made" mean? Is it rejected? or still in process.

good news.. i got all my documents back...and the other news is it has a love letter..with a sweet n stupid rejection note saying that after 2.5 yrs of recieving the 2nd acknoledgement letter they now feel my job responsibilties do not match to the noc 0213 i applied...which the actually innitially said OK to..anyways..i guess har cheez mein allah ki behtari hoti hai.. but it does feel bad when u know theyve done this because we're from pakistan..i had 8.5 ielts, mba with my wife having a masters degree as well.. and we actually had more points than required.. and its not just me.. a lot of people are not getting the exact same reply....decision made and then rejection..and now they want to return the fee as well..... all the best with the application guys... but i really think it was a waste of time applying for canada with this beautiful green passport we hav ..

Dear brothers / staralihaider
I would like to help but unfortunately I can't my lawyer did everything and he did not share the appeal he sent on my behalf.
I am no expert on immigration but I am willing to share my understanding of the situation and I stand to be corrected.
Decision made mostly rejection
•   Decisions made with processing date usually mistake in calculating the points I have seen V.O. not considering the wife qualification and that dropped the points. This is easily rectified as you send in an appeal showing the mistake was done by V.O. and make a reference to the chapter and section in the EP7 and may be make quotation of the paragraph that can help your case.
•   Decisions  made due to job duties mismatch , you can always send in an appeal but it's hard to convince the officer to change his mind as you see in the rejection letter that the V.O. think this mean he formulated an opinion and that is very hard to convince his to reverse his decision.
For example the brother whom put his job duties certificate I can see why the V.O. rejected his application as the lead statement lacks some detail words that they are looking for Teaching student in a regular class room setting  or laboratory seating.
Also I see the second point they are not interested in admission of students rather they are interested in helping new teachers get adjusted and supervising their progress.(maybe)
Now what you can do is try to explain the points you mentioned in your reference letter and try to explain some of the points I mentioned. You need to show him that what was sent contain what they are looking for.
•   Any consolation to the second type is that they get their money back. The one with processing date don't get their money back.
