yaar I have processing date of 15 Feb 2012 and still waiting and its been 36 days since 15th Feb. whats gonna be in my case. Are they processing NOC wise? |

Could me MR, good chance is its got MR. what is your Ecas now? IN PROCESS with a date? since when?
K_S,
they are surely giving preferences to Canadian Job market needs. look, they are issuing more MR's to Doctors and Nurses but people the Subcontinent study Business and IT more than other subjects. this is why the arrival number of MR is so slow. look at Philippines threads, 98% of them are nurses or other technical workers. most of them got their visas in an year or so.

Yesterday , i have received an email that i should provide a form signed by me with the information about my bank account so that they can process the refund. All those who have rejected can you guys please tell me that have you guys received the same email or letter.
I have sent a reconsideration letter earlier. please suggest what should i do ? should i wait or ?

Alhamdolillah,
Today I received via TCS Additional docs + RPRF + Photos with my original docs
Letter was dated 8 March, On 6th March my status was updated with processing date, POF is not asked again, 90 days are given to submit these.

Guys,
Finally got the Meds done today as well as got the docs from TCS. BTW TCS people were sitting on them since 3rd March and sent a letter via Pak Post cuz they could not reach me via phone. Now will get the PC next week.

My sympathies. It's not a big issue and don't become a victim of fraud by using corrupt representatives or lawyers. Your case is straight fwd. You need to fill a new application but this time you gotta make sure you put in the right Job classification as described on NOC website. http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/noc/index.shtmlAlso remember the NOC codes have been updated lately and please make sure you have the correct updated one. You can, perhaps, also use the old one but it has to match your job duties and specifications. This is one reason why alot of people are getting refusal even in Canada for Canadian Expereince class Immigration streamline. A job letter from Employer and wrong NOC. You need to find the NOC that matches with the duties you perform and if it doesn't than your reference letter from employer is noe good enough and it has be changed and updated according to the details in occupation(Generally, that's not the case as NOC has classes for all occupations and the duties) And you should be able to find one that matches your duties. Sorry to hear about your cases here guys that it's taking so long. It's painfull, I can understand. But it's doable. P.S. I am not a lawyer or rep. just a forum member in Canada and came on a study permit and got residency based on CEC immigration streamline. My background is Pakistani too. Good Luck people! |

Today I received my original document and Refusal letter . Points they assessed are as follows.
Age 21
Education 22
Language 10
Experience 19
Adaptability 04 (spouse education)
Total 65
NOC 0213
I have been working as a Project Manager since May 2007 and they gave me only 19 points of exp instead of 21, They count only 3 years of experience . I just want to ask whether they count the Exp when they receive the application or when they assess the application. I have more then 4 years of exp (from May, 2007 to Till date) and they received my application in Feb 2010. So according to my assessment the total points of my Exp should be 21 instead of 19. The total points should be 67 but they gave me only 65 points . Should i send them appeal . please advise me seniors
