Hi All

I am pre june applicant. started procesing  30.1.12
Today I have received email from CIC LONDON around 6 pm

They have asked me to send following documents within 60 days

* Updated original Police certificates from Pakistan for you and your spouse
* X 3 Passport sized photographs of you and your family
* Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
* Updated  Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant


For PCC it will be expired...no problem  and updated snaps also no prob

But for other forms
As I have already send them forms why they are asking me again?


Is it good sign or bad sign?

Its good for you and its normal procedure for all of us.

Mostly they ask for updated forms.

My e-cas in process date is 16/02/2012. Date on medical request is 22/02/2012.

It was through regular post, not TCS. It was posted 22/02 and it reached me on 1/03.

Hi Ali, My case is rejected on the base that my job duties r not matched with NOC 4131, i m college lecturer .How the case is reopened?Is it possible in my case or not?My status was changed into DM on 17Feb.I don't receive my refusal letter yet

YOU DID NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUSAL LETTER, THEN HOW YOU COME TO KNOW THAT THE REJECTION IS DUE TO DUTIES MISMATCH
