Refusal:Dear Cocknbull
Today I rcvd the refusal latter with my original credentials. The reason for refusal is duties miss matched.I thoroughly checked my application and CV and it was in accordance with NOC code 0111...I have more than 10years of solid Manager Finance experience and my JD was in accordance with NOC code 0111.
Now I've two options that I am working simultaneously.
1- To send a request for a review with complete justification.failed to understand the reason
2- To Apply for Quebec Immigration as my sister is also a canadian national and living in Montreal.
I may appreciate if you or any member give me any suggestions...
May God bless you all and you all get visa...

Did you clearly mention the dates of joining and leaving the company in the experience letter.
Hi canada1234, Yes i clearly mention the dates of joining and leaving the company and i have 10 year experience of part time and another 10 yeaars of full time experience mentioned in that. I dont know whats wrong in that. Please suggest me that should i send an e-mail to them OR should i re-apply again to canada. Dr. Paro |

lot of 4131 getting medical requests. I have applied under 4121. One of my colleague applied under 4131 (same job as mine) and he has got medical. He even applied after me. But no luck with 4121 yet  Hi Farhan You are right. VO London processing cases as per availibility of Visa under each NOC. I think no visa is available for NOC 4121. I sent full documents to VO on 16.11.2009 and received 2nd AOR on 23.12.2009. My case is in process with inside date of processing on 5th January 2012 but i have not received medical or documents update request. I have also checked detail of other applicants belonging to same NOC and they have also no update. Its game of patience, so Lets hope for the best. |

Bathroom main ja ke chote bachon ki tarah shhh... shhh.... kerna tha susu aa jata. Receptionist ne socha ho ga agar tum bhag gaye to medical ki fee kon pay karega, isi liye us ne tumhein ghar jaane se rok diya. Well thanks for the information.

Dear Dr. Paro, it is very sad to hear about your news... we know that u must be feelking sad right now, but keep your spirits up and do appeal to CIC... since u have over 10 years of experience, its hard to see why they would reject a talented and experienced person like you.. the only thing that comes to mind is that may be they have reached a cap for certain noC and that why they are refusing everyone in those noc.. although they never mentioned that there is a cap for each noc that is awareded immigration as well... soo definitsly u should appeal.. also like we muislims believe that sab kuch bhetaree kay liye hotaa hei.. good luck with yor appeal, and do let us know if u do appeal.. |
