As they are sending letters by normal post sometimes, is it better to send new forms ,pcc and photos in advance to chc, without waiting for their letter ?

Today i checked my letter box there i have found a letter dated 1-feb-2012 through pak post ,im very angry,why they r sending such imp letters through normal post! They have asked to submit PCC,New forms,Recent Photos and orignal degrees of my spouse! and given me 60 days,but i have missed 26 days becuz of delay delivery  . Zubair This letter came from London or Islamabad ? |

MY job duties were same as they approved last time. even my points have increased as i married and my wife has done Masters. do u know the procedure of requesting and apealing? i will apeal as i got approval and have sent all the same documents they didn't even proccess just rejected me for points didn't even debit my Credit card for Visa Fees of spouse as my status is DM after receiving documents and i m sure my points were up to the mark as required n aproved by Sydney Nova before .
If there is any change in status, will they increase the points as well ? Because there is a lock in date concept ? So if we consider your wife points were not there when you applied then were you above 67 points ? |

ITS VERY URGENT..REPLY REQUIRED.
i had my medical examination yesterday in Lahore.when i gave the urine sample i saw the attendant marking a cross against my name whereas marking the correct sign against the others. when i asked him he didn't disclose anything just said that the strip result were vague.when i came back home i got my urine sample examined from an authentic lab and result was normal..just showing traces of protein.
Do you think this will be a problem in further process? please reply me,i am quite worried.

2 recent photograph of family members

Right of Permanent Residence fees
Does it make sense to ask for RPRF payment without medical request ?
Has anyone received such request of late ?

Can you please share what is your current status on Ecase and also what was the history of your ecase? |

Dear brothers and sisters
Congratulations for whom having +ve changes and sorry for those who got rejection.
I have a question, which was answered before but when I look at those whom got updated request and medical I got confused.
Regarding PCC are you updating only the last country you are residing or all of them all over again. For me I had been to 6 countries and I really had a hard time obtaining them the first time.
