I have received the letter from Candian Embassy London and just shocked to see that they refuse my application due lack of points.They assessed my IELTS as 8 points instead of 10 points.My score of IELTS General was Listening 6.5, Reading 6.0,Writing 6.5 and speaking 6.0. Even they didn't award me the adaptability point of my spouse sibiling(her real sister).I have already sent my original IELTS certificate to Embassy and also the land paper of my spouse sister.

Can any body help me?

today i receieve letter from chc london asking for b/m items.

- new application for PR IMM0008 for principal applicant
- new schedule A background/declaration form for yourself and family
- new additional family member information IMM5406
- residence fee (i guess its the landing fee)
- new police certificates
- 2 recent photographs
- work experience documents
- IMM5562E

plz explain the items mentioned above in bold.

this is not good     ...so it means they are clearing backlog doesn't matter if they reject the cases with out calculating point properly......

there must be a way to let them know the are not doing there job properly.......Bad

Yesterday (24-Feb-2012) my consultant received MR from CHC-London thru TCS which extract are as under:

* Medical Examination of each family member
* Update Original Police Certificate of each family member

and timing for submission of these documents within 60 Days from letter dated 10-2-2012.

Timeline of my case are mentioned in Signature portion.

Previous History :
On  Jan 19, 2012 CHC London send email to my consultant, which extract are as under:
 
* Need only two documents for update (Generic and Schedule A/Background Declaration)
* Update copies of passport biopage for each family member
* 2 recent photographs of each family member
* " We Should be in a position to issue medical forms for your family"

and timing for submission of these documents within 30 Days from email dated 19-1-2012. I have submitted above documents on 26-Jan-2012 which reach at CHC London on 3-Feb-2012.

Hope above information is a again Good News for entire Pre-June 2010 applicants.

Today i checked my letter box there i have found a letter dated 1-feb-2012 through pak post   ,im very angry,why they r sending such imp letters through normal post! They have asked to submit PCC,New forms,Recent Photos and orignal degrees of my spouse! and given me 60 days,but i have missed 26 days becuz of delay delivery  .
