Wait for their letter with rejection reason, then only u can decide for appeal, are you sure your job duties were matching with their requirement of thet noc ?

Buddy an official appeal will take 12 months and cost you 2000CAD. Wait for their letter and if u see that vo has made a mistake then request them to reopen your case and they have reopen some cases in the past if they are at mistake.

It appears to me that they are processing noc 4131 and 1111.

Because I can see a number of non-residents applicants both from India and Pakistan having 2nd AOR is April or May 2010 are still waiting for any updates from London. It may be because background checks take more time for non residents than residents. Whats your opinion Saki

Do you mean official appeal is different from request to reopen the case ?

Yes official appeal is different and you send your appeal in canada but request to the visa office is just a request to reconsider your application as there is a mistake made by a visa officer and then its upto the visa office if they open it or not if not then you can make an official appeal which will just take a heaps lot of time.

I dont think this is the case but we will see in the next few weeks if any non-resident gets a medical request or not if not then yes this will be the case!

May be you are right, See my timelines, I submitted docs to Islamabad but working in middle east, and I lived in 3 countries may be that is the reason of delay as it takes  longer time for checking from many countries

Updated PCC
2 recent photograph of family members
IMM5562E
Right of Permanent Residence fees

Does it make sense to ask for RPRF payment without medical request  ?
Has anyone received such request of late ?

today i receieve letter from chc london asking for b/m items.

- new application for PR IMM0008 for principal applicant
- new schedule A background/declaration form for yourself and family
- new additional family member information IMM5406
- residence fee (i guess its the landing fee)
- new police certificates
- 2 recent photographs
- work experience documents
- IMM5562E

plz explain the items mentioned above in bold.
