Today i letter received form TCS i found that additional dox ask by London office, which issued 17-Jan-2012 received today 15 days waste by TCS company, this is unfair anyway
1. Proof of relationship and citizenship proof (my brother who live in Canada last 12 years) his Tax dox, bank statement
2. Original education documents.
Which documents you have submitted already for Proof of relationship ? |

Now 27 month to recive medical since i send my application?

Unfortunately, it will take longer to process Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected.
During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.
This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the Federal Skilled Worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed. Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis.
Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or by email to the mailing and email addresses provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 29, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on November 4, 2009. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 24, 2012.

I think you didnt get my point i am saying that when you send full documents to london which documents you show for proof of relation with your brother on that time?.
I sent full documents July 2010, relationship proof through my bro copy of Canadian passport and his citizenship card, furthermore letter sent by immg and medical dept Londan on 17-1-2012 reach me on 2 Feb-2012, TCS courier hold my letter 10 days extra, they called me morning to received your letter after 15 days. deadline for submit dox within 30 days of letter issued by CHCH |

Alright i do the same like you i sent only PR copy of my sister so i am also expecting that CHC LONDON will send me same proof of relationship request again. lets see what happen. |
