Yes. But previously he was getting different response. Like we have received enough applications since ....... to reach our immigration levels for two years. But now the response is different!

to add my spouse in my application and to update my file i am sending following documents to CHC london.

Final Year result of M.A English degree of my spouse is now yet announced by the university and expected to be declared in next week. please suggest should i send the following documents with an explanation letter to save time and send the final transcript of masters degree later on or wait for the result?

•   Processing fee for my spouse
•   Original birth certificate of my spouse
•   Copy of my spouse`s valid passport
•   Recent photographs of my spouse according to the specifications
•   Original “No” criminal activity certificate for my spouse
•   Original Computerized Marriage Certificate
•   Background Declaration form for my spouse
•   Additional family information form for my spouse
•   Copy of Computerized National Identity Card with Original Certified English Translation
•   Certified Copy of Secondary School Certificate for my spouse 
•   Certified Copy of Intermediate Degree for my spouse
•   Certified Copy of Graduation Degree for my spouse
•   Original Transcript of Graduation Degree for my spouse
•   Original Transcript of M.A English Part-I for my spouse
•   Original Roll No. Slip with registration number of M.A English Part-II for my spouse

•   Updated IMM 0008 Generic form for myself
•   Updated IMM 5406 Additional Family information form for myself
•   Updated IMM 5562 Travel History form
•   Updated Original “No” criminal activity certificate for myself
•   Updated proof of funds with bank letter and bank account statement of last 2 years

and a covering letter stating :


That final year result of M.A English degree of my spouse will be declared in couple of weeks and could also be checked online on university website www.abc.edu.pk.

New delhi visa office also picking up speed for pre june 2010 applicants.

Guys i have not been active here for more than a year.
I have an update, my status changed to in progress with the following comments inside
"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 13, 2012."

hi..my status.....Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 11, 2012.  

Hello guys my timeline is on left hand side...
My status was updated as "In Process" with RBVO inside on 01 November 2010....
But when I checked it today, it says that they have started processing our file on Jan 13, 2011....

Anybody else whose status started showing processing date recently?
Anybody having an idea how much time it may now take to get Medical/PPR?

I checked my status yesterday and guess what??

'In process'

We have started processing your file on the 13th of January 2012.

So, the action has begun!!!!

Everyone should check your status regularly i guess.

Any idea how long it takes to get medicals anyone???

Dear Applicant,
In response to your email, please note that your file is currently undergoing routine background checks. These checks are mandatory and could take several months to complete. we are currently unable to advise when the checks will be completed.
Please note that no further action is required from you at this stage. We will contact you as soon as the results of the background checks have been received.
Yours faithfully,

2) As the LDN VO returted my all origional documents in November, 2011 with out making a request. Now would i assume that my documents checks have been copmleted and my only secuirty checks are going on, upon completion of it i will receive MR

tonight they added this "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 11, 2012." to my status. Finger cross. I wonder what is the next thing I am going to hear from them!

Your case is on first priority your process will be quickly. but i dont know the exact timeframe.
