Just had to share our good news. Came home from work yesterday to find a letter waiting for us which contains our medical forms and request for updated police checks! We have had our AOR sine the 13th of July 2010 and we have not gone into process according to CIC website!!!

I've heard of people not showing 'In process' and getting med requests but didn't think we would be so lucky. To be honest when I saw the letter I thought we had been rejected!!!

Seems like London is on a roll! Good luck to all those waiting....it does happen

I think the difference between us and these people is that we belong to islamabad visa office and these are original London vo applicants, we have lost more than 6 months during transfer of files too.
But this is fact that london vo has started working on pre june cases.

Let us hope for good, my timeline is due already I think

In additional to that we are subject to more background checks as compared to UK nationals. So this could possibly be one of the reasons that they are getting meds earlier that us.

You can see on this forum Delhi/buffalo/sydney AUG  pre june applicants are getting medicals now a days quickly, but Only london applicants are facing some delays becoz of applications load and transffering cases, but now a days it looks they are working.

Check this list some Jan/ Feb 2010 applicants have got medicals but there NOC is not in the current occupation.

Good to see at least some movement is CHC london. Otherwise I was of the opinion that CHC london has closed the office and went on strike due to huge volume of files

Check this list some Jan/ Feb 2010 applicants have got medicals but there NOC is not in the current occupation.

If any applicant`s file is prioritised, s/he can receive medicals irrespective of pre-june or post-june bar.

Prioritised means.. if the VO has selected the file due to total score/ area/ etc.
The people who are applying outside pakistan, are getting good responses...pakistan/iran/china/afghanistan...have to face delays
