I Received this reply last month in Dec 2011 from CHC LONDON, It shows that they are waiting for our 23 months elapsed.

Dear Sir ,

We have received your request with your new address, and the information has been updated to reflect your new contact details. Note that the change of address made by our office may not be reflected on E-Cas. Also note that we will not confirm receipt of fax/ mail/ email received at this office but your file will be updated.

Be advised that:

•           the normal time frame for processing of this case has not yet elapsed.  Please refer to the Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) letter which stated the service standards for Applications for permanent residence in Canada. When a skilled worker application is due for assessment, our office will send a letter asking the applicant to submit updated information in support of the application. This new information will be reviewed by an immigration officer. We regret that we cannot provide a schedule for the assessment of files. Please wait until this letter has been received before providing any new information relating to changes in the applicant's personal circumstances, additional dependents, new employment, education or new identity documents.

Yours sincerely,

I agree with you about the above email BUT CHC LDN is suppose complete process of 80% cases within 23 Months time (means issue PRV)

The question is WHY Chc Ldn has not started even to process our cases while most the applicants have completed 20 months waiting time Huh?

I think we should raise this Issue with with CIC  on below emails  address (please share you comments? )

I sent a case specific query to London VO on 23rd Dec, 2011 and got the following routine answer on 6th Jan, 2012:

This is in response to your enquiry.

Your documents have been received and placed on file. No further action is required by you at this time.

Unfortunately, it will take longer to process Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected.

During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the Federal Skilled Worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed.  Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or by email to the mailing and email addresses provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum

Julieana

It means that it will take around 30 to 36 months or more ( from date we sent docs to VO) to get PRV for all Pakistani Pre-June applicants
