Join List of Pakistani Residents After 1 April 2010 CHC London

Hello Alihaider and all the participants!

I have reapplied my FSW 1122 application after falling short of cap last year.
I was born in the UAE and reside here as well.

My question is:
    
    Do CIC and London VO STILL require the original Birth Certificates of Pakistani applicants?
    Since I do not have my Original Abu Dhabi BC, I got the copy notarized and translated legally.
    And in order not to confuse CIC, I did not send original BCs of my wife and daughter and hence
    notarized theirs as well. Would this be accepted? However, I sent my original Marriage certificate.

Thanks for the link, the London VO checklist states original BC of applicants required for Pakistani nationals. But as mentioned in my previous message, I do not have the originals, so I sent the previous notarized copies of mine, my spouse's and my daughters Birth Certificates.

You think this would be acceptable, has anyone else faced a similar issue?

I received my requested GCMS on 4 August 2011. It read as follows

Dear All

GCMS service is very important for all of us , if CHC london give us this facility, this is 100% sure that we will know about our case conclude date/due date.

Currently CHC London is not giving us this GCMS facility.

GCMS is the new system that will eventually replaced the CAIPS system. Its not available at all visa offices right now. When we request the CAIPS file from CIC, they are providing us with either the CAIPS or the GCMS file depending on its availability.We cannot guarantee it will be CAIPS or GCMS file.

Hello everybody,

GOOD NEWS FOR ME !!!

Today I have received a Medical request from CHC London an hour ago. As I said earlier, my address disappeared last week on 2nd Aug. 2011

They have requested MR, RPRF and PCC for me and my wife.

I am London August 2007 applicant.

yokototo is the CHC London applicant got PCC request.

Mine dissapeared on 2nd august and on the 5th got a request to send updated PCC for UK--- It is a good sign?                             Expecting PR soon...
