I submitted my documents on 30th December 2010, which were received by D.STEPHENSON on 5th of January 2011. I applied under skilled worker category 2151(architect). Since then I have not received any recognition of my application from CIO. I sent my documents through FedEx to: Citizenship and immigration Canada, Federal skilled worker (cio), 196 George Street, b1p 1j3 att: sw1-noc#2151, Sydney, ns, Canada. VISA OFFICE:LONDON

if Canada wants to issue PR visas to all the 4131's in the year 2011-2012, they must open twice the number of educational institutions than they currently have. there would be too much teachers in Canada comparing to the total number of students. same applies to 0213's.

Don't think so......bcoz some of my colleagues and friends got MR recently by being pre-June applicant (from NOC 1111 and NOC 0213).

They still have to fill 19% of their 4131 demand by immigration. Occupation Projection 4131Over the 2009-2018 period, an occupation will be in excess demand (a shortage of workers) if the projected job openings (arising from expansion demand and replacement demand) are greater than the projected job seekers (arising from school leavers, immigration and mobility), while an occupation will be in excess supply (a surplus of workers) if the projected job seekers are greater than the projected job openings. For College And Other Vocational Instructors, over the period of 2009-2018, job openings are expected to total 39,049. It is expected that 27,320 job seekers will be available to fill these job openings. For 39,049 jobs they have only 27,320 applicants out of which 19% are immigrants This means they need more immigrants for 4131 till 2018. http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/report-eng.do?area=25419&lang=en_CA&noc=4131&province=48&titleKeyword=&action=final&display=outlookif Canada wants to issue PR visas to all the 4131's in the year 2011-2012, they must open twice the number of educational institutions than they currently have. there would be too much teachers in Canada comparing to the total number of students. same applies to 0213's.
