Folks,
Alhumdolilah, my status goes to In Process somewhere in last week, but the things strange to me is that when i click on In Process the window poping up doesnt reflect any change, is that normal? What should I expect now and when. Please update my details and show me the next picture.

Dear i think these IN process status are not errors , Now only those applicants are getting IN process who have got IN Process with same RBVO details, I think CHC'S are changing their work strategy. (CHC buffalo, CHC London, CHC delhi applicants facing same situation)

Family Registration Certificate(FRC)

The family certificate is a document which contains the details of all the family members. It is usually use for the visa purposes requirement of the embassies to show the relatedness or connection by blood or marriage or adoption.
Fee StructureThe fee for the processing of family registration certificate is Rs.500 which is deposited at NSRC's

Application Procedure for FRC
The applicant visit NSRC with the photocopy of the CNIC's of all the family members where after the payment of fee the data of all the family members is entered and FRC is issued within four days.

Documents Required


Names and CNIC numbers of all family members
CNIC copies of the family members
Copy of applicant passport (1st two pages) and Sponsorship letter.
CRC holder children have to visit NSRC for capturing the picture

In my opinion
- Copy of his/her PR card,
- To prove that currently he/she is residing in canada
  - Bank statement showing current transactions;
  - Salary slips (current)
  - rent agreement with landlord and rent receipts

and if the above is not available due to confidential reasons then

- copy of presciption for Any recent visit to hospital;
- Copy of any recent test results e.g driving test, medical tests,

The purpose of all these docs is to prove that h/she is currently staying in canada. Rest you have described about NADRA

when we had to submit the doc of our relative our consultant asked the following documents

Documents needed by your Relative in Canada to prove the relationship:
 


-Copy of your relative birth certificate
-Copy of your relative marriage certificate if married
-Copy of your relative Permanent resident card copy (both sides)
-Copy of your relative recent tax documents
-Copy of your relative bank statement and Visa card statement which shows her purchases made in Canada recently
-Copy of your relavtive recent pay slips from employer if she will start working here
-Copy of any Utility bill your relative paid here in Canada recently (hydro/ water/gas/phone any one of these)

Hello!

Good info but Ali i just wana add one thing that if any of ur family member is married (and registered his/own family data) he/she will be removed from YOUR ORIGINAL family tree whilst he/she will be having his/her own family tree seperately jointly with his/her husband/wife.
I had same issue and there is a long procedure to obtain one FRC in these circumstances. you need to reapply for updated NIC card while rementioning the family members to ur application to again get YOUR own ORIGINAL family tree (apart from their seperate onz).

No one knows how long for IN PROCESS WITH RBVO, you can check the above list now some applicants are getting IN Process dates and secondly you should be inform VO if any changes like addition in family size, matrimonial status, emplyer change etc.



you can check also below post MBPK is the applicant in the list he have got IN Process with RBVO details on 5th feb 2011 and on 19th april 2011 he got IN process with date and on 7th may 2011 he got additional document request from CHC London.

I have received an email from CIC & requested to submit the following documents:

1. New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
2. New Schedule 1/Background Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
3. Original Police Certificate: Updated.
4. Proof of Relationship to the Relative. (already sent, why ask again?)
5. Evidence of Relative Living in Canada.

Now i was expecting MR, what does this mean qorax! like it will further delay my case for HOW LONG?

Could you please confirm that wat could be the PROOF of RELATIONSHIP wid REALTIVE in canada in case of BROTHER.
I had sent them Birth Certificates of Myself & Brother... now they again requested for the same... So what should i be sending them NOW?

RBVO normally contains 4 lines, 5th one is added during "inprocess" status. Like the one added in my case today
