Its a good news for Post Feb 2008 applicants. CIC is still considering these applications in priority processing. Regarding Post June 2010 applcants CIC is not treating them separately in their statistics. If you see the link

144,883 applicants in Sep 2010
173,050 applicants in Dec 2010 for priority processing under FAST TRACK (They are not treating Post June 2010 applicants separately for a more fast processing.)
So my idea is
Processing for Pre Feb 2008 applicant will be slower in 2011.
Processing of Post Feb 2008 and Post June 2010 applicants will be faster and both of these groups will be processed at the same speed. Regards

We are in the same group POST FEB 2008 Fast track. CIC is still considering us for priority processing. I have received AOR on 18th August and most probably CIC will send us MR before July 2011. Dont trust Ecase as our cases may have been already In process but ECAS is showing RBVO. 
It may take 1 to 6 more months for PPR after MR due to background checks.
Time taken after MR is beyond our control. In my case it will sure be longer because I am living in Egypt and they have to do background checks from 3 addresses in Paksitan and one in Egypt.
These are only my speculations the picture will be clear after they will publish the Statistics of Q1 - 2011.
DONT MAKE ANY SOLID PLANS ON THIS INFO.

You don,t need t withdraw your federal skilled worker application in order to apply a fresh provincial nominee application.  You can submit both application to CIC and will withdraw the one upon finalization of the other.

Almost we all are in the same boat you can check the above list, i think we will get our medicals before 15th Aug 2011. you can continue proof of funds but it is not necessary.

Sorry StarAliHaider , i do apolozie if by any mean i hurt you but as per my Knowleged they may ask for Proof of fund with Medical , i have seen couple of cases even they ask for one from me so well practise is to keep the fund in account if you cant maintain total amount then atleast you should keep 80% OF YOUR FUND IN ACCOUNT,  so if they ask for proof you can deposite 20% and get the statement ...

Dear yes on safe side you can do this but it is not necessary that VO ask for this again, but some times they can ask again for this if they have any doubt.

CIC did'nt mention this that you bound your money for a long time and for a whole process till visa , but on safe side its up to you that you hold your money in the account.

This immigration process is so long some time it takes 2 to 3 years so it is difficult to bond money for 2 to 3 years.

CIC did'nt mention this that you bound your money for a long time and for a whole process till visa , but on safe side its up to you that you hold your money in the account.

This immigration process is so long some time it takes 2 to 3 years so it is difficult to bond money for 2 to 3 years.

You must maintain minimum required balance as a POF in your account till VISA otherwise CIC would doubt that you have borrowed funds. CIC can ask about POF anytime before PR. You can't take the risk of rejection after 2 years on the basis of low balance in your a/c OR can you?... Few things are understood, everything is not mentioned in the guide.

To be more precise the bank account must be maintained even after the issuance of VISA. CIC clearly states that Final decisions about the immigration is in the hands of Immigration officer at the port of entry not with the Visa officer. So immigration officer at the POE has the right to ask about proof of funds.

Yes both of you right but chc cannot reject the case only becoz of you borrow the money and the most important is this that you qualify the 67 point not qualify for the proof of funds, if chc ask you again show your bank statement you can borrow the money on time, chc cannot reject you only becoz of this that why you borrow money only 1 percent chance for rejection, but after visa and before landing you must be show proof of funds again on airport.

If CHC ask again proof of fund you can deposite money again in your accoun and show your statement.
