Now I am sure this Necter thing is a fraud. He s just trying to get attention. The people are blind and are not even checking the CIC statistics. The Statistics which Necter is using for authenticity are in fact going against his claim. He is giving false hopes to Pre 2008 backlog applicants but after this I am sure that this backlog will not be reduced by more than 16%.
I cant paste the tables here but here is my elaboration of Statistics

Although they have managed to decrease the backlog by 16% in 2010 CIC has increased the pending applicants by 6% in 2010.
There is 34% increase in priority processing applicants so This clearly means that priority processing will be done first (Post Feb 2008 applicants) and Backlog clearing will be slower in 2011 less than 2010.

Dear all

For those who have got IN Process recently i am almost 99% sure that their next BFD date will be near to IN Process date if i will judge my BFD date it should be first week of Feb 2011, becoz OPSSSS is the applicant in the list and he got his BDF date was 12 Feb 2011  and his Status changed in to IN Process on 8th Feb 2011. (IN Process with RBVO details.)

IMM date is July 15. My caips BFD was 10-11-2010. After that no date in 2011

144,883 applicants in Sep 2010
173,050 applicants in Dec 2010 for priority processing under FAST TRACK (They are not treating Post June 2010 applicants separately for a more fast processing.)
So my idea is
Processing for Pre Feb 2008 applicant will be slower in 2011.
Processing of Post Feb 2008 and Post June 2010 applicants will be faster and both of these groups will be processed at the same speed.

I got my 2ndAOR dated July 15, 2011 from CHC London. But what can i see is applicants whose AOR is dated April 2010 have yet not received any response from CHC London. What is your say?

We are in the same group POST FEB 2008 Fast track. CIC is still considering us for priority processing. I have received AOR on 18th August and most probably CIC will send us MR before July 2011. Dont trust Ecase as our cases may have been already In process but ECAS is showing RBVO. 
It may take 1 to 6 more months for PPR after MR due to background checks.
Time taken after MR is beyond our control. In my case it will sure be longer because I am living in Egypt and they have to do background checks from 3 addresses in Paksitan and one in Egypt.
These are only my speculations the picture will be clear after they will publish the Statistics of Q1 - 2011.
DONT MAKE ANY SOLID PLANS ON THIS INFO.
