Dear Fellows,
Please guide me on below 2 points.
1) I had send my documents in march 2010. I want to change my bank account now, what should I do as my currant bank account is not having sufficient balance as required for canadian immigration.

2) How immigration deparment can verify the experience of a person if someone had been working for 4 different companies for last 8-9 years and in case 2 of them shut down their operations. how he can be verified and what should the person do.
looking for your help and guidance. Thanks.

Please help me here....

No one knows exactly that how and when they verify experience.

Whats your current ecase status on this time  IN Process  or   Received by VO becoz i think many have got IN Process status near to your timelines..

if you have produced quality documents and complete docs than there are very rare chances that they will do any checks....but you never know.....so the best strategy is to provide everything and just incase you cant than your cover letter should contain a plausible reason for not being able to do so........

Hi
I was reading on Indian forum , Backlog cases wait nine or ten years.
my near due to quota system per February 2008 applicant suffer.
CHC London have different style format,if we do mail to  CHC London, Noting give satisfactory answer.
I think Canadian High commission all world do not process backlog cases. They wait budgets and new instruction of parliament.
I think  near near no chance previous cases finalize.

Only new 29 occupation list applicants and 2007 to 2008 are on high priority.

No one knows the real situation but i think before oct 2011 important for medicals and first 5 months of 2012 important for visa stamping.

Currently post 26 june 2010 are on high periority and for pre june 2010 applicants CHC London taking 24 to 28 months for the whole process till visa.

Currently CHC london replying us for pre june 2010 applicants like this.

reply from CHC london

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry.

CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011.  Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament.  As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume.

Yours sincerely,

Go for urgent one. It would take 7 days and charge you around Rs 4,000/-. Don't take risk of ordinary passport it may delay than normal time.

i wud appreciate if u can u suggest us for any other plan??. do u think student visa can b a good option??

I would say have a plan B incase plan A does not work. The way Canadian immigration is going on i dont think we will get our visas sooon and there is no guarantee even if we get it or not so think about other options as well incase it didnt work out the way it supposed to be.

Cheers

I have sent complete forms and all relevant documents to visa office in ISB, they send all documents to London office is June 2010 the status appear in status side is "Received by visa office" no further information. My question is how to check my application is still active and the only delay is processioning or there are any further process or form I have to submit.

Donot worry guys ...... i think Canadianz are calling for an election pretty soon ........ I am sure that Liberal government will win this time ..........they are alot better than conservative governement .............atleast atleast they will treat every one evenly and do not present new laws every other day and put previously application on backlog..........hope so this Kenney is kicked out and everything would go good ........

About Student Visa ...... well buddy u should have thought of it before ....applying for immigration visa ........Student visa is immigration stamped in Canada ..........its not a Visa ....e.g ...... if u apply in Manitoba inspite of ontario .........lets say University of Manitoba or ..... any college in Manitoba ...... just study there for two years .........u will have work permit to work .........after two years of diploma you can directly apply for immigration under Manitoba provincial nominee program ....... which required no job ...... no experience ....... no point system ........... nothing ......... just two years of education and immigration visa is stamped on ur passort ...... time line is 8 to 12 months but they give u offcampus workpermit for 2 years after ur diploma and u can work till ur immgiration is done .................

Its the best option if u hav enough money to pay for atleast 2 semester which would be about CAD 25000$ if ur get admission in college for diploma .........university is expensive and i do nto suggest going for it as u get immigration and study on student loans in university not on ur own money ........
if u need more info ....... do leme know
