What a pleasant surprise got request for my Medicals n RPRF this morning 19/03/2011 without a 2nd PER. Please kindly update my status to 'IN PROCESS' dated 16/03/2011.

I got the letter by post (surface mail) from London Visa Office. The letter was dated 16/03/2011 and the Medicals n RPRF are expected to get back to them within 60 days to the date of the letter. The letter was posted on 17/03/2011 and i received it via post (surface mail) today 19/03/2011.

    * Completion of medical for yourself and spouse.
    * pay the right for permanent residency fee for yourself and spouse.
    * Marriage photo of yourself and spouse and marriage attached questionnaire form
    * valid passport or travel document for yourself and spouse

How do I send my passport? Is this secure?
How can I send and how much fee I have to pay ,,$490?
This is only for applicant or both (applicant and spouse) Is this bank draft?

Guess WHAT? ITS a Medical request ...along with PCC request and fees

OMG, thats big ... London VO beat all the VOs around the world lolx..

I am happy and calm its rocking but the question is why me as there are many applicants before me in the queue

My perception according to current situation is that we [pre-june 2010 applicants] would start receiving Medical Request by the end of this year. CIC London will first conclude post june 2010 files, which is 20,000 [1,000 per NOC]. I guess it would not take further 6-8 months more [if it goes smoothly]. As it is evident that post june are already receiving Medical requests. After that they will start acting on pre june 2010 files.

We are July 2007 London applicant and been a silent member of this forum from a long time.

Just to let you guys know that I have received medical request from CHC London yesterday. It was dated March 16, 2011.

They gave us 60 days to submit medicals and RPRF.

Happy day for us isn't?

hi staralihaider, i am 2009 oct 4131 applicant.if u remember i inform all of u that i mailed CHClondon on 14 mar.according to their autoreply they will cords untact in 28 days so 1 hour back i receive their mail same as having words u receive from them.give comments bro what they want to do with us.reply soon i am waiting as pittabread was saying that they may delay our cases bcoz our NOC r not in demand.ok bye

Currently those who fall in new 29 occupation list they are on periority and 2007 to 2008 applicants are on periority.

But dont worry inshAllah pre june 2010 applicants will get medical + RPRF request before Oct 2011.

I hope they start sending MR by end of this year but i dont think its going to happen because from 1st July 2011 Cap limit will be reinstated and new applicants will start sending their applications and by the time CHC finishes 2010-2011 applications they will already have applications in the queue for 2011-2012. To me we are in a backlog which means we are with those applicants who are waiting from 2007 onwards and they will get MR before us as first come basis. So i dont think our turn will come sooner than 2013 especially if they issue new list in June.

Thats my opinion.

I second. If this happens then we have to wait for long long time. This is not fair. On the other hand if you look at New Delhi & other VO's, people are still getting visa's.

If it is so, that will be purely cheating with us. Applicants of 2005 to 2007 were aware of the fact that their processing time would be around 4-5 years at time of applying. But we applied as per new rules with processing time 1-2 years max! Even we were informed with 12 months processing time mentioned in 2nd AOR.

Therefore, I'm not agree so, as it will be wrong at both ethical & practical grounds.

Further, If you see Raafia's case of 2007, she is pharmacist & this professional is in current demand list. So they can adopt same way with Pre June 2010 applicants as well with opting those of us who belongs to any in-demand NOC   time to time. Thereby, some of us may receive medical request in 2011 & others may wait till 2013 !
