after 99 days still waiting for 2nd AOR

and approx on 10th OCT reached to VO

For those who doesn't understand that priorities of applications...


Post 26th june applications possess HIGH priority as per the Immigration Ministry CANADA, Visa Offices can not interfere in that, Ministry instructed to do so and Visa Offices run the systems (Queues) in this manner, just like post 28th Feb 2008 applications possess high priority then pre 28th Feb 2008.

The same thing happened again in June 2010 just like fast track introduced in Feb 2008 and you can say that an Ultra Fast Track is introduced in June 2010.

All the queues exist but are at different counters to be entertained...

Last month, my brother Ecase start showing Decision made before medical. As from most of the post, we got the the idea that it is a rejection. Today, nearly after one month, we send email to CHC London. We received the following reply.

" Your application has simply been transferred to our new computer system (GCMS) and your new file number is E***********. The decision shows as being made, because your old file had to be closed when transferred to the new system.

Hello All.

Don't worry i explain you this status mystery....

Actually the whole "Immigration System" is changed, now the files are being transfered from old system to new one, so those who get " Decision Made " status not have to be worried, becuz they must close old files to open a new one, so closing a file automatically generates this status " Decision Made " and those who still have " Application Received " status also not to be worried becuz their turn will also come to be transfered to new system.

this difference is because some applicants who sent their docs earlier and their files are generated with the old system so the status is RBVO and some applicants who sent their docs recently within past 4-5 months their files are directly generated with the new system so the status is InProcess.

its the new system trend now, that after 2nd AOR the status will be " Inprocess " but dont be so happy becuz actually the files are still at RBVO stage.

those who sent there docs and received 2nd AOR with RBVO status dont worry... we aalll are in the same boat but the Uniforms are different... process will continue in a queue manner. applicants received 2nd AOR earlier will sure receive MR earlier..

there could be two reasons..

1. they have marked ur file in DEC or JAN in old system and so the AOR generated with RBVO status.

2. There could be any doc missig or un-clear to understand so further review is pending to any other visa officer.

if you have written the cover letter and explained each and evry confusing aspect of you application then the reason must be the 1st one other wise the reason of such status is 2nd one...

My application was 1.2Kg of weight, very simple and well managed, I flagged each and evry section and wrote a cover letter of 5 pages to explain my application.. there were many diffrent aspect which might confuse Visa officer so I tried my best to make them clear...

Sherry , Nothing to worry about in your case, London Visa Office is Running Late so there might be some delay .... According to me you are in Timeline, As per current timneline some times its takes about 6 to 7 month to turn your file into Inprocess but if your file take time to turn into Inprocess mean you will get medical nearby that date..


so i would say just wait for a couple of more weeks... ....
