I need to find out on the refusal decision of an officer. The officer said you don't have one year full time employment as 1232(which is collector/loan officer). I am very positive that i do. Reasoning: I worked for collect corp for 3yrs as customer service/ credit service. My job duties were initially to take inbound/outbount calls of Amex clients(business/consumer). We open the line of credit for Amex clients for purchases ect ect... Now after one year the job duties have changed to credit(30-120days past due accounts). But overall I am sure i qualify under this 1232 category. The officer was a lady whose reasoning for denial was underpayment for the job performed. I replied "I was loyal to the company and stayed with them". She didn't buy it. Saying "my DECISION is final". Shut the lights on me. Please, guide me what can i do to appeal this decision.

I think this is not an error becoz error can be happen once in a week but not on regularly basis and almost daily status are changing into IN Process.

CHC'S can do mistakes but can't do the daily mistakes.

I think on the background data base they will do mention the IN Process date as well.


For those who have sent recently document and their status shows medical received , i think only this is error.

Yesterday some applicants said that Medical has been received Line is Gone in the ecase.

So all of you check again your ecase.
